Did anyone here bought some pax tokens on madana presale already? What is that shit "tokens are not offered to consumers"? Cant just anyone apply?
It is legal red tape, tuvok007, that had to be included to ensure folk realized things like that they did not have the right to return the tokens like you could return a toaster under consumer law. The Madana purchase is a professional or business activity. I have highlighted the text below from their guidelines that show that in a roundabout way. The GNY blockchain runs on a delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus algorithm. Hi, I'm using Lisk Nano and I see last release was on Feb 6...
Will it work after the migration of Lisk Core 1.0 to Mainnet?
I don't know what version of Nano you are running, so sit tight for the moment Your coins aren’t stored in a wallet like Lisk Nano; they are on the blockchain no matter what version you are running. They are safe as long as your pass phrases are safe. There may be new version of hub and Nano to come again after the Core migration so you can hold off on downloading until then. The migration of Lisk Core 1.0 to Mainnet will happen when we reach block height 6,901,027". Now HQ expects this block height to arrive Today, August 29, no sooner than 11:00 AM CEST. Following this time, Lisk Mainnet nodes must be upgraded to Lisk Core 1.0, leaving behind the old version, Lisk Core 0.9.16. **All Lisk holders are asked to please avoid making any transactions during the 24 hours prior to and after the migration.** For exchanges, HQ also recommend not accepting withdrawals/deposits 24 hours prior to and after the migration as well. However, they cannot enforce this, as the Lisk Network is fully decentralized and everyone in the community is free to post any transactions that they wish to at anytime. September 1st is a great date for some new listings,dont you think  LISK is already on big exchanges, you can buy it in binance, houbi, bittrex, poloniex, upbit and more. When it's time to pump it will happen quickly across all exchanges. That is why it is better to buy and hold it as it is easy to miss the train once it starts to move. A Kraken LSK/Fiat pair would be nice if it arrived, however Lisk is already available on a lot of the big exchanges. Yeah but also on a quite a few it isnt. What about bitfinex,kraken.....Look at the coinmarketcap markets tab for ethereum and lisk and compare them,lsk pairs number is 40 and eth pair number 400,ten times more. As you probably all know the important step of migration from Lisk Core 1.0.0-rc.1 to 1.0.0-rc.2 on Testnet network has occurred. The migration went smoothly and successfully. I tracked what some of the community members involved in the testnet have been saying, and while a lot of it is very technical and far beyond my understanding, I can report that that there have been no major hiccups so far. What follows are a selection of comments from two posters regarding this...... u/TheRealPhoenix1969 said, "haha exactly, I haven't even seen one node of mine hiccup yet; looks so solid.* He continued by urging on with, "testnet solid A* lets get that blockheight 🍒 ." Then jokingly he said, "I'm currently chanting in the mirror by candle-light". u/Lemiiii put a lot of minds at ease when he said, "I can confirm. Very smooth ride so far ✌️ ". Lisk Core 1.0.0 Mainnet release block height is announced!The migration of Lisk Core 1.0 to Mainnet will happen when we reach block height 6,901,027". Now HQ expects this block height to arrive on Wednesday, August 29, no sooner than 11:00 AM CEST. Following this date, Lisk Mainnet nodes must be upgraded to Lisk Core 1.0, leaving behind the old version, Lisk Core 0.9.16. Maintenance of LSK wallet on Binance will take the rest of the year ?  Maybe they are all on vacation on this exchange... Maybe they are preparing for core 1.0, they have to sync everything, That is exactly what they are doing, tuvok007. So the wallet will be in maintenance for 2 weeks ? it's a joke Not as big of a joke as if funds were lost in the tranfer to Core 1.0 , so this precaution is well worth it. Also please note the following from Lisk HQ......... " The actual migration will happen on Wednesday, August 29, no sooner than 11:00 AM CEST.
Please avoid making any transactions during the 24 hours prior to and after the migration. For exchanges, we also recommend not accepting withdrawals/deposits 24 hours prior to and after the migration as well. However, we cannot enforce this, as Lisk Network is fully decentralized and everyone in the community is free to post any transactions that they wish to at anytime." |
