Did you receive many concerned people about the price or questions about the situation with gox? They kinda ruined the fun for everyone and the timing couldn't be worse, although looking at other "bubbles" a correction this low was to be expected. What is the reaction when you explain the price fluctuation or other faqs?
This low price it's a huge opportunity for whoever understands how Bitcoin works, but didn't know it until Neo, and understands what is happening right now, but it's a shame that those who are not really into the whole thing here could lose a so good entry point.

There were indeed a few concerned people and skeptics who probably came to see what all this Bitcoin fuss is about. But the quality of the presentations though was so good. Tuur made some brilliant comparisons (stemming from thorough research) with Bitcoin and other technologies/commodities in their early stages. It really helped put things into perspective for the newbies, and offered great insight even for the more experienced users. By the end of the conference people were loudly applauding and honestly skeptics turned fans, including, a banker! It was awesome.

Do the Cypriots on here think people will stash their cash in Neo? What will it take to persuade them?

It's not about persuading and it's not just about stashing cash. I would say there is more to Bitcoin and Neo than that and the process will begin with educating people so they can make informed decisions. Still, I feel tomorrow is a very special day for Cyprus and probably for the rest of the world. Society is about to evolve a bit overnight.

thanks for the replies so far.
So places by Volume are
1. havelock
2. 796.com
3. crypto-trade
4. and cryptostocks

is that correct?

What experiences did you have with customer support, do they have one?
(i wan't be goxed again Grin)

Not a single one of those exchanges has an offering that came anywhere close to performing as well as BTC itself.  Worse, ALL of their offerings lose value as BTC appreciates.  On top of that, most stocks on havelock haven't even started paying divs (despite some being listed for a year), 796 is almost certainly fractional reserve (on top of .3% just to withdrawal BTC), Cryptostocks lists known scams without regard for anyone or anything other than money.

If you want to "invest" in anything crypto, don't.  Or at the very least learn to MPEX.

If I'm not mistaken Neo floats somewhere above IPO even though a) there are still shares available at IPO through their own portal, and b) The IPO was before the BTC rise. So yeah, no dividends yet (I understand operations are starting next month) but I wouldn't go so far as to say there are 0 securities performing.
