For crypto to fundamentally change our world, it would have to have an influence on how we think about certain things. It is probably too early to judge whether it changes our way of thinking in a larger context.

As with any other technology, it depends on what you do with it. A technology is neither bad nor good. Technology is never developed and used outside of a social context. It is always the result of a process in which people make judgements about what is desirable, what resources should be used for and who should benefit from new technologies.

Many people have not yet understood that crypto works exactly like all other areas of life. Just because there is a new market, it does not mean that there is suddenly something for free.

Convincing altcoins stay good and will always have potential but bad ones won't suddenly get better overnight.

The broader public probably still does not know the term ICO. Therefore many people do not even know that ICO currently have a bad reputation. For the broader public ICOs therefore have no influence on the perception of crypto. The only access to crypto for most people is probably simply the fact that Bitcoin went through the roof and some people made a lot of money. Crypto is still hard to grasp. That's the problem. Definitely difficult to say but one thing is certain, there are still many or probably even more people waiting for it. It only needs a key event to kick off the positive dynamics again.

There will certainly be a consolidation in the medium term, but it is also certain that cryptocurrency has come to stay. Once invented, such concepts do not disappear so quickly again.

Switzerland is certainly one of the leaders, but as in many other areas, Switzerland has to make an effort not to lose this status. The forthcoming decisions on regulation will point the way.

You can also post advertisements at universities and generally try to approach the university network. But at the moment it is actually difficult because the demand is much higher.

Don't underestimate your own network. There are always people who know people. For example, if you are looking for a tech guy, you might have a contact on LinkedIn. Maybe he has a job right now and can't join the team. But he will surely have people in his network who might be interested.
