1  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BAMT version 0.5 - Easy USB based mining Linux with farm wide management tools on: April 16, 2013, 02:10:42 AM
Downloading now. What AMD drivers are in it? What CGMiner version is it?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=65915.msg1055004#msg1055004

Cgminer version IS rather old now...although is easy to update.

P.S. I can eventually update cgminer and send it to you by mail or something. Just need to replace the old cgminer folder with the new one.
You can go also Litecoin mining then, got about 560kh/s (2200+ with 4 cards) last time I tried.

did anyone ever get this?

i'd really like to have a "drop and replace" cgminer folder for bamt.

thanks for your time,
'monkey
2  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: CGMINER GPU FPGA overc monit fanspd RPC stratum linux/windws/osx/mip/r-pi 2.11.4 on: April 15, 2013, 11:15:00 PM
anyone have a compiled binary for linux 32 bit?

i've tried to get a "recent" version of cgminer on either linuxcoin or bamt with limited success.

a 32 bit binary built with opencl/scrypt options would be the coolest.

thanks for your time,
'monkey.

why 32 bit?  because that's what bamt is Smiley
3  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / WANTED: Linuxoin live-rw 1 gig file please on: April 13, 2013, 06:01:15 PM
topic says it Smiley

i'm using linuxcoin just fine for what i've been doing.

i've been using the live-rw that is only 512.
now i want to do "more" and run out of room before i get goind Smiley

so, if a kind soul could look in their archive and let me have a copy of their live-rw for linuxcoin that is larger than 512, i would appreciate it.

the 1 gig would be great but would take the 2 gig etc.

thanks for your time,

'monkey.

ps, i have access to this and that but could NOT figure out how to resize, enlarge, etc the existing live-rw.  when i boot from a liveCD and plug the linuxcoin stick in, it just says 1.98 stick, it doesn't break down the partitions in gparted etc.  toporesize for windows said couldn't handle the file, etc.

is poolwatch working for eclipsemc at present?

i'm showing data error for most of the user stats.

speed of workers is shown correctly though.

thanks for your time.

Eligius has switched servers apparently. The url you are using to get the required data is now wrong.

It is now http://eligius.st/~luke-jr/raw/7/ instead of the old http://eligius.st/~luke-jr/raw/5/.

Rearwheels, can you please fix this?

Updated. Please let me know if your information is still not reflected correctly. Tks.

Looks good now, thanks.  Smiley

Why not use linuxcoin? It's based on a minimal Debian system, and it is really minimal.

linuxcoin won't run on a 32bit system.  that's why i can't use it on 'little rigs'.

it does work fine on 64bit capable systems.

been pretty negligible difference though

now if the diff had been cut in half, well then you might notice.

looks like the pool has 'settled down' into a comfortable groove.

not much chatter on either forum.

to me, that's a good thing.

now, if only there was someway to get the difficulty down and the value up, i'd be in high cotton.

best pool ever!

click on the hall of fame link

that'll show you rank of block finders

click on their number of blocks

that'll show you what blocks they found

there may be an easier way, but that's what i know
