XRP always got dumped back to its previous level after a huge pump. It is likely that the price of the coin will go back to below 2000 satoshi level and hover there for a long time. After a long period of time, whales will begin to accumulate and pump the coin back to its high and this cycle repeats again. The supply of Ripple is way too much so it would be hard for the coin to sustain such a high price.
I am 99.99% agree with you, ripple has been on the endless cycle of this scheme for quite a very long time. An average trader can easily make money out of this tactic. |

so the network simply reflects burn amount and subtracts it from the total supply shown across the network , on block 110K it will change the available coins to the current burn amount then again on block 120K when the second burn happened it again updates the total coin count
so when you're full sync it shows the real amount of available coins well when you pass those blocks during sync it will show you what is available.

The roadmap did not give exact date, they gave spring, summer etc. they were too careful not to commit themselves to a day. I just hope they justify the period they have delayed the release. Their blogs is rarely updated but u can get notification regularly on twitter

i think you should reduce the total coin to something 21 or 42 mil is the max like PIVX
when miner see there is 800 mil they wont bother to mine or invest in as it wont last long.
when all the bounty paid out and dump, guess what it going to 1 to 5 sat.
i still dont understand alot of new coin come with couple hundreds mil to billion and they dont see it wont last.
it is a single big failures and they still did it.
You are right, why is the total so big? I prefer the right amount! At present, many successful coins will not choose a huge amount of the total!  The total amount of coin is not a big deal, look at doge, nem, bytecoin, digibyte and many others. All of them have more than a billion coins currently in existence. |

Yep, importing private key can really takes sometime while the wallet thoroughly scanning each transactions in the blockchain. |

My wallet works OK. Did you figure it out. I have 3.0 May 2015 build on block 1451910 as of 4/6 uta +8 7:47am no luck. i downloaded the bootstrap and it was loading for 24hrs without success. i just deleted the bootstrap and restarted the wallet 3.0 and no connections so far...15 minutes still nothing. this has been the worst experience dealing with a wallet. the amount of time is a joke. im selling my blitz. i already have 13 wallets staking on multiple computers and blitz is bullshit. That is extremely annoying and incovenient, unfortunately you won't be able to sell your blitz if you don't have any connections at all. |

Ok So I bought coins that are now expired.
Does that mean that they cannot be traded and I have lost all the Bitcoin I invested in them?
What do you mean expired? What coins? Do you mean that their blockchains have stopped or what? Or maybe the coins which he bought already got delisted from exchange sites? That "expired" kinda confusing what actually he means Probably the coin was delisted and has not met the minimum trading volume for a certain period. |
