yeah its going to be a bit of a different approach but I think if we can get the approach right long term this could be a really valuable way for investors and companies to connect. I do want to stress that this is a longer term development and we dont have the interest or community yet to carry this out

in the next few days we will be releasing our development update for June, its been a great month and we will be revealing our first advisor coming onto the project which we are very excited about

Yeah thats a really good point about the ICO system, I realise in the paper we focus purely on the technical development and don't give much context around it:

- ICO landscape has definitely changed but theres a rising interest from startups as using it as a way of funding. We have strong ties with a fintech company who have developed an IPO platform for traditional stock listings, are FCA approved and have built some interesting tools to help make that process transparent and accessible for potential investors and the companies themselves (a lot of shady stuff goes on in the background before public listings and its typically be big investment banks pulling the strings). When the community grows a little and we've got a few companies signed up, we'll be able to take a white label verison of this product and adapt it for crypto which could be an interesting alternative which we can market as ICO's for actual tangible companies doing things.
- the framework that would be built for this can be adapted into other ideas and developments we've got and could be used as a method of anti-congestion for regular transactions or between companies/trusted partners within sidechains

Glad you appreciate that feature, theres a few different features in the works which are going to help maximise transactions, when the network begins to see a rise in demand we are going to be in a very good position to keep fees and transactions running smoothly

Yeah i think you are right and this is why we are trying to be pretty selective about what exchanges we put resources towards, my hope is that in a few months we are in a strong position to be considered exchanges like bittrex and avoid all the challenges with lower tier exchanges

Yeah, thats why its not something we are hugely promoting, it would cost roughly 0.15btc if people wanted it judging by the history of successful coins.

In terms of the business model: SageCity is free to use (aside from basic network fees) but for those businesses which struggle to understand the technology or don't have the resources to build tools, we offer services to either design or setup exisiting tools we have within their businesses. We'll eventually reach a point where we have a marketplace for these tools we've build and other third party developments too which can be bought and installed for a fee.
