Always get an adequate amount of sleep during your weight loss program. A average adult would need an in the order of 7-8 hours of sleep a day.

I see comments here that merits are not being moderated and these merit abusers cannot be tagged for this. But I see some profiles tagged with the comment "merit farming". Can someone explain ?
