You should put that in your upcoming book to show how one should NOT treat a coin Airtight capsules are only cheap and worth every cent when this is what can happen. Not a bad idea, or at least a blog post! Interestingly enough, this coin is fairly prominent on the book's front cover. Just so you know, I am not the one who did this.. I bought it in a lot with several other redeemed coins.

I almost do not want to read it because I do not want to crease the cover I can set you up with a discount for a normal print non-signed book Printed and shipped in the USA so fast shipping to you. Also, take note of the 'Signatures Edition': https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1497543.0;allI bought the signature edition already How much for a regular version? Whoops, I meant to say Autographs Edition. The AE will be hard cover, larger, and have over 20 signatures of various manufacturers! (This is mainly a PSA; I believe you are one of the manufacturers providing signatures). Anyway, onto the offer: Regular versions sell for $89 at www.coinfirm.org Open offer:$69 ( $20 OFF) ONLY for buyers that previously bought one of the xx/100 copies! Shipping included.

Will a PDF version of the new book be released for sale to the general public?
Likely not the PDF, at least in the current form. An eBook is a possibility later on, though it is not currently in the works due to the many projects I have ongoing. What I potentially could do is offer an updated PDF (perhaps with the fixes the corrections that are being made for the hard-cover) and offer that PDF for direct sale through my site at a reasonable discount compared to the book, as there would be no printing or shipping costs.

Economy / Collectibles / Re: Calling all OWNERS OF RARE COINS: list them on coinfirm.org

Several coins are now listed!
Hope to see pics of the coins there, I guess it's work in progress? Yes, that is the next step. I'm looking to set up a 'store' with product listings. Of course more effort to upkeep such a system, so at that point I will likely be asking for a few percent of sales. What is the consensus as to the definition of 'rare'? Does it require a circulation below a certain number or just general agreement that what you have is sexy?
I think a subjective mix of highly desirable, valuable, and hard to find is the answer. A general rule of ~$1000 value and more, though that can be broken to offer a wider selection.

Economy / Collectibles / Calling all OWNERS OF RARE COINS: list them on coinfirm.org
|
on: June 07, 2016, 09:15:47 PM

Hey everyone! I am getting my website, https://coinfirm.org/rare-coins-for-sale up to snuff as I am doing some publicity work for the book. In addition to having the book for sale and the original Casascius eBook freely available, I would like to offer a service to list rare valuable coins. It is simple: send me photos of your coin, a description, a BTC price, and country. If I am contacted by someone looking to buy the coin, I can either broker the sale or put them directly in contact with you. For now, I will be listing all items for free. Later on, I plan to charge a 5-10% 'connection fee' for sales through the site. Of course, the list price can be so adjusted to reflect this. I hope to have some of the rarest coins available through the website. Please PM me or get in touch (with photos) at info@coinfirm.org
