I don't use Deep Web so can you guys please tell me is Monero actually the most used crpytocurrency there? Which other altcoins are anonymous enough, is there any real competition against Monero?

I like the roadmap. It takes months for some developers to make Android wallet but here they promise it on October 1st which is just 10 days after lunch. Looks like the team behind this coin started working on this project some time ago.
I will not mine but I will monitor BTCI closely and buy some coins when available on exchange.

Even 450 million USD is a lot. This is very ambitious estimate.

I want to ask developers, what is your soft cap, what is the minimum invested money that will enable you to start and develop your project, in case you don't get the full 450 M.

This announcement didn't cause another crash in price. I wonder why. Maybe bitcoin became independent from ever-changing and unpredictable situation in China. However, I am afraid that this news are just speculations for now and investors are waiting for confirmation from more reliable inside sources and as soon as news are confirmed, the price will drop massively. I hope this news will be denied from offical sources.

Probably the most popular wallet is https://www.myetherwallet.com/ I use it myself, you can generate more addresses on one computer, you just need to save password, private key and one file that you download in the process of creating wallet.
Myetherwallet also supports all your tokens based on ethereum (ERC20) and you can add new tokens if you have the token address.

I don't think it's possible that a country would have fixed prices in Bitcoins. For example smartphone XY for 0.1 BTC. However it is possible that the prices would be pegged to US dollar or other fiat and the price in bitcoins would change every minute according to the exchange rate.
I can imagine this in a smaller country, island for example. And the country needs to be progressive and high-tech because everyone would need to adapt, even saleswoman at the market who sells fruit, she would need to accept payment in bitcoin.

I see that you are a Newbie, good news is that you invested in decent ICO so you were lucky. Many newbies get tricked by scammy ICOs that never fulfil their plans and disapear after a month.
Blackmoon looks reliable, their team is above-average, they reached 30 million USD quite quickly so I think this is a long term project. They are not new company, their beginnings were in 2014.
All their tokens are sold out so I missed the ICO stage but I am still following Blackmoon crypto with my left eye. I will probably buy some tokens when they get on exchange and I plan to HODL at leas for few months. If you look at their roadmap, you see that they have many plans for this year, next year and even 2019 so I am not affraid they will abandon the project.

I suggest you to wait at least for a month because the price will definetely go up, so dont sell at price $ 2. You can get much more if you stay patient.
EDIT: You should also follow their Twitter to get all the news like when is the listing on first exchange.

On the long run we will need China. China represents 18% of population and their economic power is growing so it would be a pitty if they don't take part in crypto. They have a lot of money to invest.
However, China has caused some big problems and crashed bitcoin price several times so at this moment, it might be better if they step out of the game and come back when their government decides whether they will ban crypto all together or they will allow it and stop interfering.
