Is there any 2FA issue with the site at the moment? I keep getting "incorrect code", even though I just turned off (luckily was logged in on my phone) and tried to turn on again.
It's working fine for everyone else. Have you tried resynching your 2fa device? That solved it. Thank you so much! |

I voted for Bran at the beginning, but received only x2. Looks bad.
Where did you see how much did you get? I voted for "unknown" In "Betting", select category "expired". Yesterday I watched the last episode, went to get my huge winning but it's almost disappeared. OK, I see prize pool of 4.97219626, but how do I see how much of that have I won (betting on "Unknown")? |

Bran should be winner as he's ruling Westeros. but the throne got destroyed  Who will win the Iron Throne and rule Westeros at the end of Game of Thrones Season 8?
In our opinion, you can make valid arguments that both Bran Stark and Unknown are the outcomes. We plan to share the prize pool equally to those bets. Awesome, I bet on "Unknown". How do I see how much did I won? Is there a balance spreadsheet or something on the website? |

I installed Nord VPN today and now the site can't be reached. How can I fix this? I didn't know a VPN would cause issue...
Some sites do block vpn traffic, as all they need are the vpn nodes to drop or severely limit traffic. It's one method that is used to deter attacks (DDoS or otherwise). Is freebitco.in one of those websites? |

Is it a $50 total balance or $50 in total deposits that unlocks all bonuses?
It is the current balance. Doesn't matter how you get it, deposit win it, referrals or whatever. The number will actually be less for most people as how much you play Hi-Lo, jackpots and buy lottery tickets is also factored in. what bonuses? As of today I have USD 56 as my current balance, but haven't noticed any bonuses... |

14 at 2.5x and you're surprised?  Yeah.. I used a calculator that you sent some time ago and probability would be 0,1%... The calculator I use is this one. http://completecurrencytrader.com/streak-probability-calculator.phpTo get anything meaningful there is no point just looking at the probability of 14 out of 14 bets having a particular result as in reality nobody only ever makes 14 bets. You also need to consider the sample size, total number of bets, to find out how likely something is to occur. I usually look at 10,000 as the sample to give a reasonable comparison. In this case, the result is a 43.7% chance of hitting a 14 streak. "in reality nobody only ever makes 14 bets" but you could, if you want to. I'm sorry, I don't want to make a fuss about it, but I can't help but wonder if those 14 losing streak wouldn't be 20, 30, 50 if I let it run... it sucks to be treated like a bot when you are not one... |

Might be a silly question but when you say "Get 1 free lottery ticket and 1 reward points for every 0.00000500 BTC that you wager!" does that count the btc lost too?
Let's say my total bet was 0.00002500 but I lost 0.00002000 (BETTING P/L THIS SESSION : 0.00000500 BTC). Will I get how many Reward Points, 1 or 5?

You are not being treated like a bot you are just losing a few bets.
OK. I asked because I don't know, it looked like a "protection" or something, a script, I don't know... If I leave Auto Bet running it should win a few bets along the 100 rolls, but sometimes that is not the case and it goes straight losing all bets, being either HI or LO... If you were a bot I would be blocking you from free plays or deleting your account.
This reminded me something: did you guys figure it out how to "give back" those coins from the bots? Last thing I read you were trying to think about something more creative. On a 2.5x multiplier it is quite normal to get streaks of over 30.

I'm not a bot or anything (actually I just checked and my user ID is under 30.000, holy shit), but whenever I try Auto Bet for the second or third time on a given day (hours apart), things like these happen:  It doesn't matter if I choose Hi, Lo, Alternate... what is the deal with that? I mean, I do this because I don't really like the Manual Bet, so I try to speed things up a bit (Auto Bet with higher base bet, change odds on lose, increase bet on lose), but I ended up being treated like a bot, I guess... and I don't even play a lot of rolls on Auto Bet, usually I stop after 30 or something |

Sorry, did not understand that. What is 1%? Also, do I need at least 0.00001000 BTC to be eligible to "Multiply bonus account"? Because I have more than that and can't find the option to bonus account... Last question (promise, won't keep bothering): sometimes I see "free" on the Roll History, what is that? |

Damn, does anyone had Multiply BTC issues today? Something weird happened, I was playing some auto bet (no scripts, nothing shady, not many rounds) and had a Bonus Account active. I just did the math and I lost around 0,01205651. What is weird is that I had this amount on my Bonus Account, however, it was deducted both from Bonus Account AND regular account...
It will only deduct from the main account after the bonus account is empty. You might want to go back and check the numbers again. Make sure you refresh the page first to make sure all the bets are displayed on the roll history. Sometimes your network connection can stop that updating live and skip bets being shown. Yeap, my mistake, really sorry. I was confused. I thought that when I lost it would be deducted from the wagering amount (not sure if that is the name, but is the amount just below "bonus account balance"), not from my bonus account balance. Damn, so stupid, lost a lot =/ Well, learnt my lesson, don't get greedy. Now, what amount do I need to have on my account to be eligible to that mutiply bonus again? Thank you so much for replying! |
