Chapter 1: Introduction

HYPER, believed to have been discovered by the pre-civilized before the Exodus, is without question the most important and sought-after element in the universe. Its importance simply cannot be overstated, with critical usage in a wide variety of industries and sectors, including medicine, biotech, manufacturing, arms, transportation, and faster-than-light (FTL) travel.


Chapter 12: Natural Synthesis

In the brief moment of singularity during a supernova, the monstrous collisions of gravitational, heat, mechanical wave, mechanical work, magnetic and kinetic energies will result in the folding of time and space, effectively triggering a reverse Big Bang process. Chapter 71: Mining

HYPERs are regularly found scattered in a haphazard orbit located about a quarter to half a parsec away from mature black holes. It should come as no surprise then that the casualty rates of HYPER miners are exceptionally high; it is, by far, the most dangerous job out there.

HYPERs are mined using a reverse Dyson Swarm, an energy harnessing theorem that many believe dates back to pre-civilized era. A large array of excaminers are positioned in a fluid, rotating swarm around the black hole. The swarm will usually start from a distance of approximately +2 parsecs away from the black hole, before gradually tightening its orbit until the gravitational pull began to overcome booster resistance...




Chapter 92: Applications

The extremely versatile HYPER is capable of activating positive biological, chemical and mechanical reactions even at small doses. Some of the more popular applications of HYPERs includes:

• Food additives: HYPER increases immunity levels and extends life expectancy of users.
• Fuel Additives: From liquid hydrogen to helium rods, HYPERs increases fuel efficiency at an exponential rate, often by several thousand percent.
• Alloy manufacturing: The presence of HYPERs increase the strength and durability of practically all alloys.
• Agriculture: Farmlands that are sprinkled with a very light liquid mixture of HYPERs will enjoy several decades’ worth of high intensity and high quality crop growth…

It's always going to be a challenge to develop an MMO with a budget of just half a million HYPERs, and the theft and wild scam accusations are not making things any easier.

Chapter 21: Stelo

Stelo is a class M spectral-type red dwarf star with a surface temperature of approximately 3,500 K. However, its 0.65 M solar mass is sufficient to create a stable orbit for five major planetary bodies. These five planets, nevertheless, are tidally locked, with each half in either constant daylight or night.

Chapter 33: Arkethan

Arkethans are one of the most unique life forms in the known universe, and likely the only hydrogen-based one. Arkethans have reportedly no solid natural form (citation pending), but possess the ability to increase its gaseous density and consequently, mass, at will to mimic shapes and perform kinetic-based movements.

The exceptionally-intelligent Arkethan race is also currently recognized as the earliest known spacefaring intelligence in the known universe, predating humanity by at least a million years. In spite of this, very few off-worlders have seen Arkethans in their natural state, owing to the widespread use of exoskeletal suits. These interchangeable and highly-adapted suits, which typically measures up to 2.5 meters in height and 500 kilograms in weight, gives Arkethans an incredible level of physical strength, dexterity and versatility...





Anthropologists almost unanimously agree that Arkethans have never developed eyesight or a system of speech, at least not in the traditional sense of the word. Instead, they create atmospheric reverberations which capture an ‘image’ of surrounding environments. These same pulsing echos also serve as a mode of communication between Arkethans. In both instances, Arkethans are capable of ‘seeing’ and ‘communicating’ at distances exceeding 300 meters.

While Arkethans can successfully comprehend the speeches of almost all extra-terrestrial races, their method of communication and vision remains an enigma for the rest of the universe. Interestingly, Arkethans have great difficulty interpreting the concept of colors...


Chapter 38: Arketh Prime

Arketh Prime is the sector’s financial and trading hub (the political and administrative center still remains in Dark Arketh).  The planet has been extensively terraformed to enable extra-terrestrial occupation.

Over two hundred gigantic habitats, which shields visitors from Stelo’s vision-impairing rays, houses several million off-worlders at any given time. An artificial ecosystem - gravity, light, temperature, vegetation, atmosphere – was created with almost zero external input…


Chapter 59: Reproduction and Social Unit


Very, very little is known about the Arkethan reproductive and social structures as visitors are strictly prohibited from entering their home planet, Dark Arketh. It is worth noting that the Arkethan population in the other four planets all originates from Dark Arketh. Further, despite numerous requests, Arkethans have refused to disclose any biological, physiological and psychological data concerning their species...

Hey guys.

I am Mystical Potato (no relation to Joe Satriani, though I do fly in a blue dream sometimes ), and I am part of the writing team for the Hyper MMO. I'm an experienced copywriter and editor, and I've also published a sci-fi novelette a couple of years ago (sold a few copies, but I've a nagging suspicion that my mum was responsible for most of the purchases).

Needless to say, we are aiming at creating a universe that is at once rich, exciting and beautiful; a universe that will hopefully keep the average bear entertained for years.

We will be developing the plot and lore meticulously from the ground up, so it will be a challenging project. Hyper community members are most welcomed to contribute their ideas (especially those that can wear Princess Leia's slave costume well ), so don't be shy.

Drop by at the Hyper official forum and say hello. Bring some beers though. No one likes empty-handed guests.

Unfortunately, it isn't.
Walk-in rates at hotels and direct airline and vehicle bookings are almost always cheaper than booking through sites like Expedia.
Frequent travelers rarely use Expedia. In fact, first-time users are usually crestfallen once they see the prices when checking in at hotels.
There is a reason why Expedia, Orbitz, Agoda, etc are all struggling - they do not have the volume to negotiate larger deals within the very fragmented travel and tourism industries.

The revolution, in turn, was financed by the taxes generated from the Jamaican sugar industry. Capitalism, as we know it today, only emerged in the mid-19th century when more businesses began to emerge independent of the arms of the aristocracy and its proxies. However, its incredible success was achieved on the back of low-to-zero labor cost of slave laborers and an enormous amount of natural resources and land.

The issue is a complex one.

Considering OPEC net oil revenue is in excess of $1 trillion annually, this is by far, the boldest and most ambitious objective of any coin I've ever seen on Bitcointalk.

If you put both logo on top of one another, you can clearly see they're different.
They look similar, I'll give you that. But it happens sometimes (http://www.logoguru.co.uk/blog/identical-logo-designs/) - just like how a couple of other designs in this thread looks similar to Quicktime and the Pac Man inverted designs.
In any case, considering the hours I spent carefully perfecting the design (since I didn't use a font), I really have nothing to be ashamed about - and I have the design files to prove it.
You, however, do owe me an apology - for your scathing, over-the-top remarks (don't worry - not holding my breath).

Just saw this a few of hours ago, and as a tattoo lover (I have three), I just have to participate.
The first time I decided to get a tattoo, I designed a complicated one featuring the Liverpool Liverbird and the five Champions League stars. Thankfully, the artist advised against it, and gave me some guidance. The key, he said, was to have a core theme, keep it bold and simple, and make sure you won't be embarrassed displaying it in public.

As such, after mulling over your list of requirements (Alêya Lovi Thai/21.1.12/heart shape/font continuity), I came up with the below. Hope you like it!

You're looking at it from a conventional standpoint, buddy. Product quality and value propositions are not prerequisites for successful marketing campaigns.
In addition, traditional advertising and marketing channels are no longer strategic gospel - they are part of the equation, a much more dynamic, responsive and scalable equation.

Let me give you some examples.

Venus Factor (venusfactor dot com) and Tao of Baddass (thetaoofbadass dot com/special/) are among the top selling products on Clickbank over the last couple of years, with each netting in revenues in excess of several million dollars annually. The secret behind their success? Certainly not the ebook customers are paying for. The key lies in affiliate recruitment, perfectly copywritten video content, guerrilla social media marketing, carefully developed SEO strategy and constant refocusing of target demographics.

Here's another example - the Dollar Shave Club (dollarshaveclub dot com). The company's CEO, Michael Dubin, orchestrated a carefully structured video viral campaign costing only 4,500. The ROI? 12,000 subscribers within the first 48 hours. 13 million views. Seven months later, a $ 9.8 million venture capital-funded expansion.

I could note down dozens more examples, but the single common denominator here is the marketing strategy.

Don't be surprised - I've also asked myself the same thing. To answer your question, unfortunately, no (aside from BTC, naturally).

With the staggering amount of brainpower here, it is sometimes surprising to see the lack of real focus on developing an effective marketing strategy (and no, a dice game and an explorer does not constitute a comprehensive strategy). There is a reason why sales and marketing personnel are among the highest paid in most organizations in any industry.

Nevertheless, there are probably a few coins that could conceivably make the push to prime time, but lack the impetus.
Furthermore, the centralization of executive power and share of the economic pie also discourage community-driven initiatives.
