The above TX is from the premine, sending part of the premine to a random account, which is now staking. I believe this is likely happening alot, and the current VestX developer is simply taking his time splitting it up to dump on buyers.

There's still a discrepancy. 20 billion premine to 23 billion coin supply in 2 weeks is significant. Where did that extra ~3.2 billion come from? PoW mining would only account for 0.0003 billion of the supply. You must be staking the premine?

If so, how did an 18 billion premine turn into a 23 billion supply in only two weeks? If all PoW blocks are 10 VESTX then over 32450 blocks the maximum mined in those two weeks is only 324500. Where did the extra 5 billion come from?
