adding a new born account after the ban  Just saw that post on Meta, and it raised red flags for many reasons. The account was created last year but has not made any contribution till today. If it was a team, the user should have equally been active as the other linked accounts, after several bans, the account is resurrected. I am not certain of anything however, just speculating.
