1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine if an altcoin is worth investing in? on: Today at 04:08:56 PM
If indeed you are not good at determining which projects are worth investing or not, then you should buy coins that are ranked or have high daily volume, because on average such projects will last a long time, such as ETH, BNB, XRP, XLM.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: Today at 03:29:38 PM
Some projects have done this but not all of them are because they may have the funds or money to pay the hunters up front.
or indeed they do not intend to make payments with stable coins, there is no problem as long as both parties have agreed and read the applicable terms, we also cannot force that each project must pay using USDT or stable coins.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum fees are crazy... on: September 19, 2020, 04:31:00 PM
It is possible that if the erc20 network users are still busy, the fees will continue to increase and will not go down, actually this is the busiest usage as long as ETH has been made even beating the use of density during the 2017 bullrun.
I myself feel annoyed, but for a while every day eth gas can go down even if only for a moment.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is for day trading on: September 19, 2020, 03:59:02 PM
It depends on the trader himself whether they decide to do day trading or for a long time, and not all altcoins fluctuate very high, some altcoins such as eth, xrp, bnb, xem never fluctuate more than 50% if btc does not experience a similar decline .
so btc can also be used for day trading.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I cannot receive 400 UNI on: September 18, 2020, 02:40:44 PM
The more you think about this the more you feel regret so try to forget it and move on crypto industry is a place of huge opportunities I believe we will have more beneficial occasions like this in future just step up with full of dedication anyways It's good to know that some fellow members have successfully got 400 UNI congratulations to them.

come on there are some that hurt more than this, namely the late 2017 bullrun yesterday, if you compare it to this uniswap then the comparison is 10x greater than this.
but who knows, maybe uniswap will be the trigger for the next bullrun.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need advice about my portfolio, can someone help? on: September 18, 2020, 01:28:56 PM
If you are not actively monitoring the market then you should buy coins that are good for the long term like bitcoin and altcoins like eth, bnb, xrp, of many alt types just a few coins which do not fluctuate very much.
If you look at your habits, you should buy bitcoin for your entire portfolio.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [DeFi] Some excellent topics on DeFi. on: September 17, 2020, 03:59:03 PM
this is a good to compile all information about the DeFi projects but i think if you are going to compile it all here you should make as well a category for them for example education: all information about defi's, scams: list of all topics related to defi project scams and other well it is a suggestion if you are going to keep this thread for long run and update it from time to time.

if the OP doesn't do it then there will be other people who make it because he feels the information provided is still lacking and incomplete, maybe for now we can just see what is provided, and also some people add their comments about other defi projects so they can find in the comments if they read it in full.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I cannot receive 400 UNI on: September 17, 2020, 03:40:35 PM
actually there are conditions put forward by Uniswap to get their airdrop tokens, but they don't tell it, making this a kind of surprise for traders who have traded there before September 1, so they give it specifically to members who have transacted on their platform
at least it requires a condition but the prize given is very large worth 1k $ / person.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solution to too many promoters on: September 16, 2020, 07:23:13 AM
if 3000 $ is divided by 500 participants then the result is 6 $ so actually it depends on the bounty hunter to respond if they think it's too little amount then they shouldn't have to join and choose another project.
can't make the project as an excuse the prize is too little because it's been told at the beginning.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uniswap on: September 16, 2020, 05:29:22 AM
Fees are insane due to crazy gas fees of the ETH network. I frequently trade on uniswap exchange and paid as high as $40 and as low as $3 as a transaction fee. I avoid trading a small amount on uniswap when ETH is clogged.

yesterday my friend bought coins from uniswap for a total of less than 200 $ and was charged 20 $ it was equal to 10% of the total money he used, this is very dangerous there should be new attempts, but considering the fact that it will not be difficult or indeed the conditions cannot be set.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What new DeFi token do you know? on: September 15, 2020, 05:24:02 PM
For now the ones with the most hype are YFI and YFII and both have been listed on the major Binance exchanges.
So I think it is the best choice for now, or you can visit Uniswap but the fees there are very high unless you have enough money to buy new coins, but the risk is high too.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it getting late to buy crypto again? on: September 15, 2020, 03:40:26 PM
It's never too late as long as you buy major coins and it's good for the long term so there's no harm in buying it, believe me, the price will continue to rise, so there's no need to doubt major coins like btc, eth, xrp, link and others.
as long as the coin has developed it will continue to grow and be used.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: September 12, 2020, 09:34:13 AM
The reason is only one, the token is not listed on any exchange so what else can we do, does not exist. So obviously I think, while the tokens are still tradable even though the price is low, at least they are still good and sell them only to be converted to better altcoins in the future.

and also for now the fee for sending the token is quite high, so it is better to leave it in the wallet instead of having to send it and pay for a token which is worthless.I also have some tokens in my wallet, and I remember that it was the result of some bounties that I joined first.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I go into this crypto???? on: September 12, 2020, 09:08:55 AM
I think it's a bad choice maybe most of the members will agree with my opinion, why should you try coins that are not even good.
You better do research on major coins that are already trending and are currently on various exchanges.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin for coronavirus on: September 10, 2020, 05:06:29 AM
It is actually sad that people can joke about things like this pandemic.... no matter if it is just a hoax or a joke.. it is still not funny. There are millions of deaths and people who have lost their loved ones... so you do not joke around with things like this.

It would be better if they created a coin in honor of the people who lost their lives and if they could link that to some kind of charity that could help with the people who lost their jobs and the families who lost the breadwinners.  Sad

maybe they are not joking and are just taking advantage of the moment from this pandemic, nothing is wrong as long as they don't make it a joke and again I also doubt whether their project is going well or not.
maybe because of the corona virus so people will avoid it in the sense of not buying it.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinmarketcap's New Feature "Earn" on: September 10, 2020, 04:28:48 AM
Has CMC been bought by Binance? It seems that the CEO of Binance is very enthusiastic about opening or making as many partners even though it cannot be said that they are fully partners because they have complete control over it.
I see this program is quite interesting but it gives a gift that does not fit, because I only received 0.6 $ from the quiz, and it looks like everyone else is the same.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: History will be repeating itself, invest wisely. on: September 09, 2020, 12:52:09 PM
I guess some people are stuck on a pretty deep alt drop maybe more than 50%, some people think it's because of the btc price going down, but I doubt when btc goes back up, will the lower alt go up again, I mean back to where it was before it went down.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sure, We have good DeFi project. on: September 09, 2020, 08:10:46 AM
well we will see that if indeed the YFI coin can last long enough then people will find it a good project.
but if not then YFI will only be hype right now like other defi coins which have increased due to hype.
however the market conditions are on the downturn at the moment, so we can't see a rise for a while.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: September 08, 2020, 07:27:40 AM
The Trust is the most important reason that some people get scammed in my view, When you see something on binance you never know if that could be spam!
Who would think that suchiswap get rugged ?! Huh
I think research is very important and never trust anything even if you see that on binance!
some people are tempted without doing or thinking about it first, someone receives an email and says he won a giveaway from binance he will feel happy without thinking whether it is true or not usually people like this will realize when they have been tricked for the first time.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto after COVID-19 on: September 08, 2020, 06:00:23 AM
I'm more on the scenario of crypto prices will remain stagnant on the market after the covid end since there is one thing crypto lack of; official recognition from the government. Sure, we can talk about the future of crypto replace gold and thing like that but please remember that crypto needs the government's support to become the next big thing of gold.

I think so, people also say that crypto will benefit the most as a result of this pandemic situation, but I think all markets experienced it when last March was the same, no one really benefited from this situation plus the government is still fighting crypto in several countries.
