awas, do you have any news about your btc-e account already? I have similar problem from 27th january, I've got only 2 messages from them after I reported hacker attack. First one that my account is blocked, and after 2hours second one that "Withdrawal has been confirmed with your mail" ;/, which means probably hacker stole all my money.
Unbelievable how this "support" work's, this is far away from normal standards. I sent several tickets, without any answer, they just clean all this tickets and put it to the one ticket...I have no idea how long I have to wait or, do they do anything with my problem...

no cóż ja mam problem taki, ze haker z Białorusi mi sie wbił na konto i czekam już prawie tydzien na odpowiedz tzw. supportu, bo mam konto zablokowane i zapewne wyczyszczone. Generalnie nie polecam btc-e, zajezdza brakiem profesjonalizmu, tylko mamona sie liczy dla nich, a na klienta wyjebane. Daleko od wspołczesnych standardów. Duzo na ten temat mozna poczytac wystarczy w google wpisac. Gdybym to wiedzial wczesniej...
Ich sentencja powinno być: "Jeżeli masz problem...to twoj problem"
