That's correct. Rupee has done a swap in july and is now a masterbode coin with pos. You can setup a masternode with 20000 rupee coins. Rupee cannot be mined anymore. Some data on other sites has not been updated yet.

I just have one question, but very important one, it is really permitted to launch a cryptocurrency in India? I heard there are lots of regulations
At some point in time crypto will be accepted everywhere. Rupee is not only targetting india but is focussing on south asia.

Applied to BitIndia, also touch based with one of their official, as per him, they will review us in April 2018 soon after BitIndia is ready
Come on guys you've got to do better than this . . . my question about mobile wallet on android tablet version 5 isn't getting a straight answer , now we're being told Rupee is getting reviewed in April 2018 . . . . this is not giving a good impression , know what i mean ? Euh.. this person who wrote that is not someone from the rupee project but just a person like you and me so i don't understand your anger about this... the mobile wallet can be downloaded from the rupee website https://rupeeblockchain.org/ so you can find out for yourself if its working or not on that specific version like i said in my previous post.

I don't know why you are posting this. Maybe you are not in a loop for a while. So let me explain. There was a community voting to list rupee on bitindia. Rupee was also submitted and didn't won the first contest. Then they had a second round where you must buy bitindia tokens and submit them to a specific address of the coin, on the last 10 seconds Bradley Gross send about $10.000 dollar bitindia tokens but other projects also submitted their last tokens and rupee didn't won.. after that the other coins get scammed by bitindia and have to pay to get listed in stead of free that was announced. Yes , apparently this will work on all android devices , phone and tablet . . . but what version tablet , i have android version 5 , will it work on that ? I will check it by the team for you. I will let you know. Hi , yes i am following the conversation on Telegram now !! . . . but actually i already ask this question on the Telegram two days ago , Josh says mobile wallet will work on all android devices , but when i ask which tablet versions are ok for mobile wallet i didn't get a reply . . . . i am asking because my Jaxx wallet only works on android tablet version 7 , it will not work on my version 5 . . this is why i am asking the question about Rupee mobile wallet . Good you joined our telegram group! I'm running a device on android 6.0 so let's wait and see what version is supported. The mobile wallets will be released very soon. Yes , i joined the Telegram group earlier this year , after Desert Boy deleted my question on here asking about the virus alerts on the Windows wallet . . on Telegram they told me to just ignore those alerts and let the wallet through the firewall , but i am new to all this computer technology and it looked like a serious alert to me .. !! . . .anyway , nobody seems to know about older android versions , its not a problem , lets see what happens . . . . what could be a problem is the team are very keen on announcing about all the shiny new things , but when you ask a question , like the qt wallet virus alerts question i asked on here , or which android versions are supported , it is not always easy to get answers . . . if everything is ok , answers should be there . . . thanks for replying . the virus alerts only happend with the old wallet because of the way the wallet was made, so it was a false positive message. With the new wallet for mac and windows there is no virus message so they fixed the issue i guess.. i think the person who leads the development team and knows which android version is required is not in the chat at this moment. So let's wait a couple of day's to install the mobile wallet on your own device.

Shit country plans for shit coin. May be another ripple, we need to go with the good ICO team before we go to invest or participated in bounty too but most of the Indian projects are worst and not even growing little buddy.
Mostly Israel and Swiss projects are getting success than Indian and other projects. You may stick to your profitability not for government or anyone. No one will help you finally.
It's oke to have an other opinion then me mate. It's just that i think there is a good potential in this coin. But yes, maybe it will take some time.. Did you check the vid with the rupee mobile wallet in the first post? It looks very nice..

Are you serious? Rupee already delist from many exchanges and now its daily turnover is 84 dollars. This coin was lost
Before the swap to masternodes and pos, Rupee was listed on yobit, cryptopia and coinexchange. After the swap cryptopia was asking too much btc for relisting, yobit is a an exchange where many people have problems, (also with other coins) so the rupee team asked them to remove rupee there. Now you can trade rupee on coinexchange, crypto-bridge, coinrecoil.com (upcomming indian exchange). next.exchange will be the next exchange where you can trade rupee when the go live.

Does the coin have any link to Indian fiat? With the name I would expect it to be tied to it in some way. The Indian market is a strange one with many difficulties from a legal point of view. Also technological Infrastructure in large parts of India isn't the best so crypto is only likely to be used in major cities.
This coin has no direct link to the Indian rupees (₹) or Pakistani rupees (₨) The name rupee is the common name for the currencies of India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Maldives, Mauritius, Nepal, Seychelles, Sri Lanka. So the target for this coin is south asia. The brand name rupee is known by a lot of people. I think you can see it the same way as other projects like nlg (old dutch currency before they switched to the euro) or other country coins.
