I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COMUNICATE A PROBLEM I'M HAVING WITH BTC-E SUPPORT BUT MY TICKERS ARE NOT BEING PROPERLY ADDRESSED. I CONTACTED MONITORINGCEB, WHO SAYS I MUST CONTACT INTERKASSA THEN BACK TO BTC-E AGAIN. BTC-E WHAT IS GOING ON BETWEEN YOURSELF AND INTERKASSA BECAUSE THE LAST TIME I SENT A TICKET TO BTC-E I WAS TOLD THAT BTC-E TEMPORALY DOES NOT DO TRANSECT WITH INTERKASSA BUT THEN MONITORING CEB INSIST THAT MY MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED TO INTERKASSA SINCE BTC-E IS THEIR CLIENT. WILL I EVER GET MY REFUND. WHEN I TRANSFERRED MONEY FROM BTC-E TO MY  LIQPAY ACCOUNT THE MONEY WENT THROUGH WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, BUT THEN MY PROBLEM STARTED WHEN I WANTED TO WITHRDRAW THE MONEY FROM MY LIQPAY ACCOUNT TO MY BANK CARD THE SYSTEM ALL OF A SUDDED DID NOT RECOGNISE MY ACCOUNT IT ONLY RECONISE CARDS FROM UKRAIN AND RUSSIA AND THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED WHISLT GOING THROUGH THE REGISTRATION PROCESSES. I HAVE SEND A NUMBER OF TICKETS TO SUPPORT SYSTEMS AND I'M ALWAYS BEING SEND FROM PILLAR TO POST. ANYONE WITH A SOLUTION ON HOW TO TACKLE THIS MATTER

I am very frustrated because I have tried to contact support about an issue of my money being held at liqpay for no reason only to be told by private bank that the money came from Interkassa whereas the money was transferred from BTC-E account. I contacted support of BTC-E to get clarity but support does not respond to tickets. can somebody help

 I have experienced the same problem I have posted a number of tickets for a period of over three weeks. I made a transfer from my btc-e account to liqpay when I wanted to withdraw the money to my card I was told that no p2p is allowed on my bank card. Then I tried transferring the money back to my btc-e account I was told that I had insufficient funds in my account where does that come from. I contacted live chat and I was told to contact privatbank only to be told that the money will be returned to the merchant and was later told that the merchant is interkassa of which I told them that the money did not come from interkassa but from btc-e to date I have not received any response from the damn privatbank. I contacted btc-e support to date I have not received any response from them and my money is being held in by liqpay

can somebody help I have been trying to contact support of bit coin but all my efforts come to vain how I have sent multiple tickets to support all I seen to get is do not reply to this email your question will  will be answered in 72 hours I have never received any response from the support for submitting a ticket Huh

I have a serious problem with the fact that I wrote to privatebank informing them about my money being held at liqpay and the reply was that in came from interkassa whereas it came form btc-e. I also got an email from btc-e stating that they do not support interkassa for now. can somebody explain to me that how did my money end up coming from interkassa.

I made a transfer from my btc-e account to liqpay account then I tried to make a withdrawal from  liqpay to my bank card I was then told that my card is blocked. I tried transferring the money back to my btc-e account then I was told that insufficient funds. I contacted live chat on liqpay I was told to contact privatbank the people there told me that the money will be transferred back to the merchant and this merchant is interkassa I told them that the money was transfared from btc-e account not from interkassa since I don't have an account with interkassa. I have also tried to contact the support team of btc-e but to date I did not get any response from them. I think I am being robbled.

HI,
Can somebody help me I transferred money from my btc-e account to my liqpay account and when I tried withdrawing the money from my liqpay account to my bank card which I have linked with liqpay I was told that my card is blocked, then I tried transferring the money from my liqpay account back to my btc-e account I was told that I have insufficient funds in my account. you can imagine the shock I was in. then I contacted the live chat and I was told that I must contact private bank and they  will make a refund since my card was cancelled. I did that but now privatbank send me an email notifying me that they will pay back the money to the merchant and the merchant was interkassa I don't know what else to do since I did not transfer the money from interkassa and I don't have an account with interkassa. I tried contacting the btc-e support team for a number of times and I did not get any response from them to get clarity as to what to do now. is there anyone who can assist
