1  Other / Archival / Re: [WTS] USB Style PCI-E 1x - 16x Powered Riser Cables !! $20 Each on: January 29, 2014, 06:15:14 PM
According to the website:

"AT THIS TIME ORDERS OF THIS CARD HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED. SORRY EVERYONE! OUT OF STOCK ON THESE UNTIL AFTER THE CHINESE NEW YEAR HOLIDAY ENDS."

When should I expect shipment of these riser cables if I order 6 pieces of the 100cm ones right now?
2  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is being manipulated into stability. But why? on: January 23, 2014, 06:47:13 PM

Well, the bots are trading with real money.

are they??  where are their fillings?  weekly reports? are they regulated at all?  3rd party auditor sign off?

perhaps bitstamp and coinbase are just playing with a stacked hand (big pockets) and btc-e may or may not be fudging...  but gox and the china exchanges are probably suspect more than anything

The only proof is that real people's buy and sell orders are being filled. You can't do that with imaginary bitcoins or dollars.

Of course I haven't actually withdrawn funds from stamp lately. Hmm...

Withdrew 400$ from Bitstamp just yesterday, went smooth and took one day with a SEPA transfer.
3  Other / Beginners & Help / Transaction Stuck on: January 14, 2014, 09:05:33 PM
I'm new here; and not able to post in any other forum yet, so I will post it here.

Fixed. Smiley

I recently did a transaction from an exchange to a paper wallet, then from that wallet to another paper wallet and paid 0 transaction fee.

I realize that was a mistake and a fee of 0.001 BTC would of been no problem.

Will this transaction go through eventually or are they lost?
4  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to buy BTC with PayPal..... on: January 14, 2014, 08:56:33 PM
I've used https://www.virwox.com/ to input money by Paypal and then trade the currencies available there for BTC; although it's not a very economical option since you will lose quite a percentage in the end.
