Dash has a treasury system which has 5-6 million in funding per month to grow the network and its value with new integrations, projects and marketing. LTC does not.
Dash has instant send which makes it perfect for Point of Sale transactions. LTC does not.
Dash has Privatesend to make anonymous transactions. LTC does not.
The main reason is the Dash scaling roadmap and Dash Evolution - this will bring Dash into a new era of mainstream adoption. If you have not looked into it yet, I suggest you do.
In 2018 Dash will surpass LTC very quickly as no coin currently has 5-6 million a month to grow itself. Thats a big ass snowball rolling down a hill that cant be stopped.

October batch, I had payment problems and was probably one of the last to pay and confirm, mine was shipped first like 4 days ago.
bitmain do not ship based on first pay first ship....they do whatever the f**k they want.

Im preparing next 10k of dash ready to get them dumped from my side bcs im tired of this scam losing 60% from the ATH price ! No other serious coin have done such big dump which means obviously that this is a well organized pump and dump bullshit marketing coin. And its not an excuse the fact that we are at x3 from the prepump price. Its a shame for the whole community and for the whole developing team to not back or protect the price at all. The exponential rise from $15 will of course retrace, and that is normal. 2. Most LT holders will still be quite comfortable if it gets down to $30 in the next few months. That will provide a better base. 3. Shorters closing out were the buyers at extreme prices over $100. Longs would not have bought at such a level . Even the fhe faithful can see it is too far ,too soon. IF....even if it reaches near 60$ per dash im willing to dump 70k of dashes which is 70 masternodes so whoever is interested to buy that amount with 60-65$ per dash can pm me whenever he feels he is ready if the price falls that low because i dont believe it will ever fall that much otherwise it will prove that out trolls have been somehow right about the pump and dump scheme and im not interested to be for longertm on a coin that was 15$ and after so much adoption and innovation it went to 120$ per dash while falling back to 30$ it will prove that was nothing than a pump and dump coin without real adoption! PIVX seems similar in some ways. They have a lot to do, but the proposal to implement zero knowledge transactions and the "seesaw" could be improvements. https://pivx.org/But they have along way to go. Implementing zero knowledge might be tricky My bet is they will collapse before anything like that will happen. They cant even get Governance working even though its a direct pull from Dash. |

Another 45% goes to large holders of Dash called masternodes who provide a mixing service representing about 2% of the total transactions on the network. Now, I'm looking for some insight on incentives of attacks. Is the Dash network at extremely high risk? I was looking at dash DDoS report https://www.dash.org/2017/03/08/DDoSReport.html showing 500 masternodes disabled by the attack. 10% of the network down from a DDoS originating from only 2000 IPs. In reality, does this mean a cheap $1,000 +/- leased botnet is capable of taking down millions in hardware? That DDoS was a good wake up call where I would say most MNs now have DDoS protection and beefy servers. If you miss a payment because you saved money on a cheap server now...there is no excuse! The more the price rises, each Masternode could be its own datacenter soon. |
