[19:36] <btcchairman> hello? [19:51] <btcchairman> I need assistance with my Kalyhost account [20:32] <btcchairman> Hello [20:35] <MagicalTux> hi [20:35] <MagicalTux> as I said, we cannot offer refunds on VPS, these are non refundable once delivered [20:36] <btcchairman> hello there is a 30 day guarantee. Where does it say VPS is exempt? [20:38] <MagicalTux> the 30 days guarantees is on the web hosting pages [20:38] <MagicalTux> not on the VPS [20:38] <MagicalTux> VPS has a completely different set of conditions because it is not provided by us directly [20:38] <MagicalTux> and when we pay our provider, we have no way to cancel [20:40] <btcchairman> but the VPS is on the same website. Also in the guarentee there is no designation of that the VPS does not qualify. I would not have purchased if I had known I did not have a money back guarentee. [20:42] <btcchairman> It is not the customers job to make sure the website designates what items on the website qualify for the guarentee [20:44] <MagicalTux> the guarantee is on the web hosting page [20:44] <MagicalTux> and the ToS are really specific on this [20:45] <btcchairman> The guarentee is on Kalyhost.com. The VPS I purchased is on Kalyhost.com. This is so obvious I can't even believe were talking about this. [20:49] <btcchairman> were talking about a lousy 3.30 bitcoin do what's right and clean up the language on the website. [20:52] <MagicalTux> where ? [20:52] <btcchairman> Anyone that purchases the VPS thinks they get a 30 day guarentee [21:20] <btcchairman> ? [21:44] <btcchairman> this is not how to treat the customer
Mark then stops talking. He refuses to do what's right and leaves me no other option to claim fraud. He claims a 30 day money back guarentee but fails to deliver. Buyer beware. Luckily 3.30 is a drop in the bucket for me but for others this is a warning.

The majority of the forum users in the bitcoin community are relatively new to the concept of price action. The daily reactions on the forum have been relatively standard.
