41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest shitcoin of 2019? on: February 17, 2019, 08:33:51 AM
We have all heard a hundred times that bitcoin is a Scam or he died, but still nothing broke ! On the market correction, but the work of its network is not affected. Everything works normally.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO investment still worth it? on: February 17, 2019, 08:27:58 AM
I think that investment in ICO is beneficial only if the project is actually a working product that is actively promoting and developing a team of developers and project administrators. I like the ETHA , but I think that all the ICO which is best translated to IEO .
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the end near for ripple ? on: February 16, 2019, 01:45:07 PM
Since I came on this forum, I have tried to read and understand the top 10 tokens on coinmarketcap
But today I want to talk about ripple

I have believed ripple to be a banks token, and they have couple of agreements with banks too
Making good progress.

But with JPMorgan creating a stable coin to be used internally for banking purposes and faster transactions; what happens to ripple ?

Anyone can enlighten me further the consequences of banks creating their own Blockchain, ignoring ripple??
JPMorgan serves over 80 % of the people on Forbes ' list and has a huge capitalization, but I think Ripple won't be affected by it. Perhaps it will harm bitcoin and therefore the entire market, but let's remember how many times bitcoin died on rumors and speculation. I do not think that JPMorgan will support the exchange as it will only trouble !
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: JPM coin is a threat to the Ripple's XRP? What will be the fate of XLM? on: February 16, 2019, 01:40:43 PM
The last couple of days the social media has been full with funny cartoons about the CEO of JPMorgan Jamie Dimon and the JPMorgan coin.

What will this mean for XRP?

JPM coin and the XRP are all the opposite of bitcoin and what we like about the new digital currency. It's another currency controlled by a group of few people (companies). Ripple has focused all it's efforts in cross border fast payment, offering an alternative to the swift system used by the banks. I don't want to focus this post on how much I don't like XRP, but rather how the new centralized JPM coin used on multi trillion dollar transaction will affect XRP. That's by far the biggest threat to XRP, more than the Bitcoin itself.

How will the banks adopt those coins?

Just JPMorgan itself does enough transactions each day ($5 trillion), and if I was a partner of JPMorgan I would have to use their service eventually. This takes out of the market a large portion of potential clients for XRP.
I'm not an expert on either cryptocurrency or banks but my guess is that this will have the following repercussions on each coin. The JPM coin will be adopted by the big banks doing multiple trillion transactions each day. The XRP will be used by the small medium banks.

Edit I found this article when the CEO of Ripple, Brad Garlinghouse responded to the JPM coin. https://cointelegraph.com/news/ripple-ceo-brad-garlinghouse-says-jpmorgan-coin-misses-the-point-of-crypto

But how will this affect XLM?
I think that the competition will be serious, but generally there is a chance that the coin will generally not be implemented because this is a rumor.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: it's been a long time I have access mew on: February 16, 2019, 01:38:50 PM
hi, it's been a long time since I have access mew I usually store my tokens on an exchange because I'm an active trader. does myetherwallet is on a new look? I just need to be sure, Im being skeptical to use the website because of its new look, it might be a phishing website.
I use Myetherwallet to store coins that are held in the long term, to protect myself it is best not to go into the wallet if there is no need and you need to download the browser extension.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New design MyEtherWallet. Easy or Difficult to send tokens? on: February 15, 2019, 02:11:21 PM
The design is nice and comfortable but after the upgrade I was not able to add a token to send the transaction. Now all is well )

48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ether or altcoins? on: February 14, 2019, 02:06:06 PM
I think that Ethereum is not the only way and opportunity to invest. Yes, he is good-looking, but there are other promising altcoins. I believe in Ethereum and its technology I also invest in It, but I'm always looking for a promising opportunity to invest in other coins and tokens !
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will banks disappear because of cryptocurrency? on: February 14, 2019, 02:02:53 PM
This really what I keep on asking myself since we all know that cryptocurrency dominates the bank as time pass by. I wonder will it result to total collapse of bank industry?

Feel free to drop your comments here.thanks
I think that the banks will not disappear, but will use cryptocurrency on a par with traditional currencies. Also already there are banks which use a technology called the blockchain.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why crypto currency prices continues to dip on: February 10, 2019, 08:42:26 PM
Someone ask me, why is the crypto price continue to dip?

My answer is simple, most crypto enthusiasts are low income earners. They all need money during this period to do shopping and buy stuffs
So, the preaching of hodl does not have impact on them. They need cash at this period. So dip must continue until February...

Those that have the strength and confidence to buy more at this point too are middle income earner, they don't have enough to pump the price.

Meanwhile those that have enough to pump the price are still watching on when to buy, they have the money and they are willing to buy at the lowest price...
So, crypto will continue to dip at least till after New Year celebration.
So, don't panic, the price will continue to dip...

My opinion though.
A couple of days ago, the market was a strong push up perhaps this is the end of the correction may not. I think that you just need to keep coins and buy them. I think time will put everything in place and only strong-minded people will be able to really get rich in the cryptocurrency market.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether vs True USD? on: February 09, 2019, 03:19:49 PM
Personally, I use Tether when trading bitcoins on the stock exchange, but I don't like stable coins. I know that Tether likes to release new coins for personal use to buy bitcoins. It seems to me that this is wrong !
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: my metamask wallet has been hacked on: February 09, 2019, 02:52:09 PM
to the forum friends here, I ask your opinion about hacking that happened to my metamask wallet, two LIBER and GBT tokens were stolen from my wallet, 0xB906b2B67D5d7d736F07aa62d1BDC9bAD303bBa3

https://etherscan.io/address/0xb906b2b67d5d7d736f07aa62d1bdc9bad303bba3#tokentxns
hacker wallet; 0x2d53e3b0FF5320Ed8f387da94A8f2b1e20ce7E56
below is the transaction
https://etherscan.io/address/0x2d53e3b0ff5320ed8f387da94a8f2b1e20ce7e56#tokentxns

the tokens they stole are still stuck in the wallet, is this a system error or the person who did it, and what is the solution, thanks in advance
Perhaps you need to contact the developers and ask them a question they will answer and the situation will be more clear because here you will find only speculation and opinions of people, you are unlikely to help. Try to contact support@metamask.io
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What ico should i get in for a long investment on: February 08, 2019, 01:18:09 PM
To be honest, I have not heard about these projects, I am now looking at the project ETHA. Personally, I like it and I'm waiting for the ICO to start but this is only my opinion I do not force you to invest. Weigh the pros and cons before investing.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors in 2019? on: February 08, 2019, 01:12:45 PM
Happy activities for all of you, I want to ask questions and also discuss about investors this year.
1. What is the main reason for investors to leave the cryptocurrency business to date?
2. Will there be a repeat of the trust, making investors interested again?
Let's discuss it. Thank you for your attention and time.
For me, the main reason for investment decisions this year is that the market has sagged in price and it is profitable to enter it, as the technology and the sphere of crypto currency is developing very quickly. I believe in the idea and so here I am !
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Price Analysis on: February 08, 2019, 12:59:56 PM
Ethereum has lots of hurdles to cross to support bullish momentum. It needs to cross long-term downtrend line (dotted line) followed by $120+ resistance level.

Looking at ethereum technical analysis today, its difficult to conclude whether we see more downside or upside in the coming days. Mixed signs of Bulls, as well as Bears, is visible on the ethereum price analysis 2019.

Read here to know more in detail: https://coinswitch.co/news/ethereum-technical-analysis-today-2019-02-07
I think the situation with Ethereum will improve and growth will be, especially during 2019, as Ethereum has a lot of updates this year. The first update (Constantinople) will take place this month.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The cheapest Altcoin. on: February 07, 2019, 12:30:38 PM
I think you do not need to pay attention only to cheap tokens and coins ! I also think that altcoins that are below the top 100 also have a future. The main thing is to form your investment portfolio correctly. The main thing is to distribute the Deposit so that there is somewhere lost in another place, earned !)
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRX: MOMENTUM looks promising on: February 07, 2019, 12:26:39 PM
TRX launched the first token (BTT) on its platform and due to the fact that there were token sales through the IEO it brought TRX popularity and demand. I think it was a good start for the platform !
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 first quarter market prediction on: February 06, 2019, 09:49:59 AM
I think that Q1 2019 will be more stable and bitcoin will take a position from $ 3000 to $ 4000 ! I think we should wait for Q2 and then the situation will become clear. Altcoins will also stand in place. perhaps some will grow, but need a very good news background. I think that by the end of the month Ethereum will begin to grow if the developers solve the problem with a critical vulnerability.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Short-term or long-term investment? on: February 06, 2019, 09:45:58 AM
For short-term investments you need a lot of experience in trading. At the moment, you can earn in the long term and in the short term as the market is now at the bottom, in my opinion. In fact, now there are mysterious things in the market, coins jump in price by huge percent, it seems to me that the market is very speculative. But I still stick to long-term investment as for 10 years the market has shown its best and I think that this is not the end !
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the ICO culture dead already? on: February 06, 2019, 09:39:37 AM
To be honest at this time it is difficult to advise the ICO project and be 100 percent confident in it, I do not call to invest but I like the ETHA project. In my opinion, the project has a good team of developers and an idea for implementation. Success and profit are friends, again I remind you that this is just my opinion.
