He provided all the correct information that was provided to me when you placed the order. In the future you should make sure to change you account password on a regular basis and when sending your personal info through a public forum that's at a high risk of hacking I always recommend sending any sensitive info via privnote to ensure anyone who compromises your account is not able to retrieve that information. While I sympathize with you for your loss I did what I could to validate the request I was informed you had a major emergency and needed to cancel the transaction. I had already shipped the package I had to call UPS in order to cancel the shipment which at the time was me going the extra mile to try and help you out. I am sorry that you got hacked should I now also take a loss because of your improper handling of your account?
