Does match fixing concern you often?
Of course there is concern, especially in leagues, except for the World Cup, as far as I know, the league that gambles the most and most mafia places bets, They often place bets in large amounts, it is not likely to be a worrying action for small-prone gamblers.

For this reason, overcoming worry, of course you have to think about it, if I want to place a bet, especially on football in the league, I rarely place a 1x2 bet; I was happy and I managed to do a lot by placing a bet. Both teams scored; I'm very worried about putting the Correct Score, because it often misses, but for both teams I have good results I do, that's what I do gambling to overcome worry in gambling.
482  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I start investing in Bitcoin? on: December 17, 2023, 04:22:46 PM
Can someone please guide is it a good practice to start investing in Bitcoin in this upcoming January-2024?
My advice is don't start in 2024, as you know and there are many topics circulating on the internet, in 2024 there will be an ATH phenomenon in Bitcoin that year, In general, it is clear that the price of Bitcoin skyrocketed that year, that is the prediction of some crypto experts and several other sources that we have seen and read, every four years Bitcoin changes.

So, invest after Bitcoin's ATH occurs, maybe entering 2025, that's the right step if you want to invest in Bitcoin, that's my advice and to the best of my knowledge, But everything comes down to thinking for yourself and making the best choice, your beliefs are very important to determine.
483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a "gambling problem" which you can sometimes control for years? on: December 17, 2023, 02:09:35 PM
Let's start with the simple choice: Do you consider yourself to have a gambling problem affecting your happiness, security, relationships, finances, etc? (Yes or No)
No, I gamble regardless of any problems be it family, finances, happiness and so on, which make me miserable, I have reasons for all of that.

1. My family never knows about gambling.
2. I placed a bet not with my salary.
3. I gamble just to look for challenges and experience.
4. I gamble for myself, I also use the money I win from gambling for myself, my family doesn't take part.

So, for the reasons above, of course you understand how I gamble, of course it doesn't hinder any action I take, including happiness.
484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take time to read the terms and conditions of casinos before registering? on: December 17, 2023, 01:58:57 PM
What is your take on this?
As far as I know, online casinos have the right to have a number of rules that have been made, all of which are to deal with suspicious activities carried out by gambling players, It's all regardless of whether the user reads or follows the existing rules, but I'm sure it's all for the good in the future against any harm.

However, quite a few of us don't read the existing conditions, while they can pass the registration, they do so, but they don't pay attention to the effects that will occur in the future when large KYC withdrawals are not passed, because they didn't do it from the start, the money was frozen and a conflict occurred between the casino and the players.

For this reason, follow the terms and conditions at the casino, to make everything easier between us and the casino.
485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best piece of advice to anyone going into bitcoin on: December 17, 2023, 01:39:01 PM
Buy a little bit of bitcoin every week don't care if it's a $1, $5, $10, $100, figure out what you can afford every week and buy it, get rid of unnecessary expenses or whatever you can think of getting rid of and spend it on bitcoin
5 to 10 years if you buy some every week you will be a multi millionaire
My understanding is that anyone who wants to invest in Bitcoin has a thousand ways to do it, in essence: is there a will to do it, that is the main key that must be planted.

Apart from that, if we have the principles and commitment to do it, of course the idea you have is also one of the best factors to do, for example: set aside $100 x 12 = 1200 per year per month, meaning anyone who does this in 5 years will already have $6k in assets, sure thingthis is interesting to do.

There is another more interesting way, investing in dollars, wait the next five years, because the price of Bitcoin is always changing, who knows when the price of Bitcoin hits the price again at $6k, Of course we already have 1 Bitcoin for the investment we made, but it's up to you what's best to do, it's just an idea.
486  Economy / Gambling / Re: tell me the best online casino on: December 16, 2023, 02:47:28 PM
1. of course not a scam online casino
No one can guarantee that, at least you can play at the casinos on this forum, of course those that have a good reputation for the community here, whether it's a scam or not depends, if you are honest in the game, don't manipulate the game and cheat of course there isn'treasons for casinos to act as scams.

2. there are slots, roulette and versus (player vs player) games
Almost all casinos here have this game, maybe you can see it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=71.0, and choose the best.

3. there are deposit bonuses and free spins for new players
in the second answer will answer all that.

4. there is a daily bonus (points or free spins)
The same, you can get the answer in the second point.

5. easy and fast withdrawal process (doesn't have many rules)
This thread will answer it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5333602.msg56883071#msg56883071

Remember, gambling is risky. Be careful and wise in making decisions before playing.

For additional information you can visit here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5396543.msg59994276#msg59994276, maybe it can help you.
487  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What thread can earn newcomers merit on: December 16, 2023, 02:26:14 PM
the next question is," how much have u earned", I was absolutely discourage as I remained mute till date.
Everyone here has their own expertise and strengths, that's the point, whatever you know about forums and crypto will show, that you have something that other people don't have, so there's no point in remaining silent without showing the advantages that you have here.

Remember that merit comes by itself, as long as you give your best to the community here, show something that you have, you will see something amazing that you have never seen, don't hide something that you have, show it.

Sea Piracy, it's effect on the local economy
Robbers/pirates, indeed their actions are disturbing for some entrepreneurs, in economic terms the behavior of pirates does not have a positive impact on the local economy, this can be seen from the life of Somalia, The world knows about the robbers' actions there, the money they make from ransoms does not produce anything positive for the local community, they mostly use the money to buy drugs and weapons.

My understanding is that the actions of pirates actually cause a lot of harm to the local community, the goods coming into the country are actually more expensive than the standard price, this is caused by the long detention of cargo ships and other things, for months, there is a shortage of goods, the local economy is not good if the area often experiences piracy carried out by robbers, it actually worsens the economic situation in the local area.

Gamblers trickily claims they wins the bet while they never did.
I agree with what @Hirose UK said, the situation is up to each of us.

No matter how great people say about winning and losing in gambling and whatever types are claimed by gamblers, negative and positive activities are good and bad, Even if they are addicted or are regular gamblers, they still have principles regarding the gambling activities they carry out.

Honestly, for me, it doesn't matter if people say they won a lot of money or are lying, it's none of my business, the point is, I stick to my principles, to carry out gambling activities, Talk is not the main thing that influences me in gambling, I have the principle that he is him and I am me.
490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is wiser? on: December 15, 2023, 01:22:54 PM
At the current market condition and having bull run in mind, these persons have $10,000 to invest.

  • Mr. Bob goes 100% with bitcoin.
  • Miss Alice goes 50% bitcoin and 50% random altcoins.
  • Mr. theymos goes with bitcoin but $100 weekly DCA.
One and three are high risk, so I chose number two more wisely, the action taken by (Miss Alice), the 50-50 method has been used by many investors in investing, maybe I do too, that's what I see from several experiences in the field of crypto investment from time to time.

50% of funds for Bitcoin 50% more for types of crypto that have good potential in the crypto market, the saying goes.
Quote
Don't put your eggs in one basket.

The saying above shows a high risk for those who do that, meaning investing in several parts is a good idea, of course Bitcoin is the main choice.
491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Risking 1% in Gambling on: December 14, 2023, 02:46:14 PM
Recently I decided to risk only 1 percent of my gambling portfolio into each bet. This makes my bet risk free as I know that even if I lose the bet i will lose only 1% of my gambling money.
That's what everyone should do to risk their money in gambling. Lately I have often seen several fatal cases of those who lost in gambling, it was none other than because they couldn't control their finances when carrying out gambling activities.

I assume you have been successful in gambling, meaning: you master gambling, not vice versa gambling controls you, 1% for me is the best idea and solution for us in overcoming negative actions towards gambling activities, I like the way you manage money in gambling.

Not some people, they are too greedy, so there is no consistent view when using money, cars, loans, houses for sale to gamble, it's a ridiculous thought and in the end of the story suicide.
492  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: future and option on: December 14, 2023, 01:45:35 PM
Hii everyone,i have gone through multiple crypto future and option courses but didn't understand much. So i just wanted to know is there any good and detailed crypto future and option trading course available for free of cost. If yes, just provide me link of that course.
OP, if you ask me personally, of course I will answer that there is no real course I have ever taken in trading crypto, I do it based on information, friends, experts and my own daily, weekly and monthly experience, from my experience I continue to learn from the mistakes I make, automatically I have an established trading level, especially for myself.

However, I've seen crypto trading course websites on the internet, maybe you can see them below.

* The FUTURE of trading is here.
* The Complete Cryptocurrency & Bitcoin Trading Course 2023.

The point is: the website is only for information, the important thing is for you to investigate and be thorough, whether the website can be relied on or not, the point is to study it in detail first.
493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bankroll! on: December 14, 2023, 01:24:26 PM
I know there are bettors here who dream of investing in sports betting and hoping to consistently make money from it.
So it's like this, first I was involved in gambling and betting in sports betting, I thought there was a better alternative way to make extra money in investment every year, namely on sports betting, of course it was adjusted to the capital we hadhave.

But after I discovered the difference between investing and sports betting, as one of the sources below said, who said.
Quote
There are many differences between sports betting and investing in the literal sense. For example, that this very special type of betting is based primarily on odds and not on product analysis or savings models. Therefore, it has to do more than other types of games that are part of fun, leisure or even entertainment. No wonder, in this segment there is no valuation or even price training. Only the variation in sports betting costs is a factor in the player's profitability rests with the bettor.

So I compare that this activity cannot be understood as an investment, it is all more focused on one of the game factors.

For that I have the answer.
1. No, maybe $50 I hesitate to do.
2. Never and nothing.
3. Never do it.
494  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Reviews on edxmarkets.com ?? on: December 13, 2023, 02:59:31 PM
Well it’s not listed here in the above site
You are right Bitcointalk is very foreign here, 0% of the community here is directly related to the edxmarkets.com service.

If I may suggest you about edx markets.com Website, follow the instructions below.
Quote
In our opinion, edxmarkets.com - Low-trust Investment/Earning website. We advise avoid that website. The site may, under the pretext of making money, try to steal your funds.
Edxmarkets.com: Flagged as Suspicious – Analysis, Reviews, and Complaints

Maybe the statement above can make you safe to invest in your crypto currency, several other reviews that I saw said the same thing (Negative) so you now have an assessment, whether the website is good or bad.
495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A gambler takes his own life after a loss. on: December 13, 2023, 02:29:09 PM
Question: Is there any amount lost that can make you commit suicide?

If yes, then don't ever use such amount to gamble.
Suicide cases lost in the gambling arena, several cases that I have read and seen, maybe this is the 1000th case that has ever happened in this world, maybe more, for that.

It is highly recommended to gamble professionally and responsibly, meaning: gambling is fine, basically never gamble with other people's money or loans anywhere and don't gamble using your salary or other money for family needs or personal interests, don't ever think about spending money and so on.

Gamble with money that doesn't burden you either mentally or physically, I gamble has a principle, the way to do it is if you have made a deposit of money/crypto to one of the casinos, I assume the money is gone, so I don't get stressed or frustrated when I lose and win when betting, this way we can avoid negative things, especially suicide.
496  Economy / Economics / Re: Which do you prefer on: December 13, 2023, 02:08:39 PM
Which do you prefer an why.
Crypto trading and civil servants are two things that are very far apart in comparison, for me these two things have no choice, both are life motivation and positive goals to improve our economy well or financially.

For me there is no choice, as long as we can do it and work to produce a good economy there is nothing wrong with both, civil servants have a job and a salary, Crypto trading is done to generate additional economy, so both are done without having to sacrifice each other, in essence I like both of them and for the reason that they are both different activities and generate financial economy.
497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which one is fun, watching with bet or without a bet? on: December 13, 2023, 01:41:53 PM
If we have the same experience, how do you cope up with that problem, after all, gambling should be fun but why we have this kind of feeling that we feel disappointed when our bet loses?
You have to be optimistic if you bet/gamble, things like what you said don't only happen to you, I also feel the same thing, I certainly feel disappointed when I see the team you bet on lose, However, in the name of gambling, the problem is that winning and losing has become a factor that is often felt by many gamblers.

The point is to watch, bet or not bet, for me it's not a big problem for me, the important thing is that what we bet on must be optimistic and ready to face the consequences if we lose or win.
498  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much human supervision do you believe AI needs for crypto trading? on: December 12, 2023, 03:39:47 PM
How much human supervision do you believe AI needs for crypto trading?
Chatbot/AI is a form of programming by humans in the sense of simulating things that have happened or things that have happened, AI is programmed for voice or text, so never use AI in carrying out crypto trading activities, even though the technology used is sophisticated.

My understanding is that there is no definite supervision for AI in justifying crypto trading, AI cannot perform tasks that have not yet occurred, such as Bitcoin price movements in seconds/minutes/hours and so on, If you don't want to lose more from crypto trading, don't ever use AI, trade using your own analysis and instinct.

Passionate gambler keeps the gambling boards rolling even after retirements
If you talk about competition, in my opinion it is quite clear that the person is gambling and placing bets based on having fun, it can be seen from the competition they are having against their colleagues.

I am very sure that this person has a goal in the gambling activities that he does, I think the goal is one, namely to beat his friends on the basis of competition, he will show that he is more powerful and superior in gambling.

I'm sure that person wants the best for himself, in his soul there is a competitive nature to show which is the best among his friends and that person, in this case purely as a hobby and entertainment, not to make money, just to show he is the best at gambling.
500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The shorter the time you spend the better on: December 12, 2023, 02:05:29 PM
Do you agree or disagree? Drop your reason why.
Of course what you say makes sense, that's why often those who gamble don't care about this, sometimes a short time doesn't make them satisfied when playing gambling. To be honest, theory and practice in gambling are always contradictory.

The basic problem is that those who enter the world of gambling have various styles, that is the basis that must be understood, essentially what is the purpose of gambling, money, fun, time and so on.

Many people who gamble don't shorten the time, which is expected as the OP said, but the facts are different, many of us see them gambling without considering the time, it happens when emotions and greed peak.
