Hello, my account got hacked. Same username as here. The problem is that now they also have my e-mail account so I can't recover anything. If you can message me here to help out that would be great

We received your email and replied shortly thereafter, but I assume the reply got intercepted by whoever got control of your email account.
I am going to suspend all payouts for this account until the case is clearly resolved. Luckily none of your balance has gone to the intruder so far.
If you can regain exclusive access to your email, we might be able to work things out. By the way, you may have to consider the possibility that your computer got entirely compromised, so you should proceed very carefully.
Hey thanks, I did regain my email account and was able to reset my password. Yeah my entire PC was comprised, I think it was a photoshop torrent I had downloaded, just a heads up for others. I'm using keepass from now on

I also made a second account unreal2 and moved my miners there for the time being. Thanks for your help!
