I'm lost in space! I'm a total newbie and I understand nothing!!!!

First of all I'm on windows x64

Downloaded the cpuminer-master.zip file which does nothing!

In it there is a READ ME file where i see this

Basic Windows build instructions, using MinGW:
Install MinGW and the MSYS Developer Tool Kit (http://www.mingw.org/)
      * Make sure you have mstcpip.h in MinGW\include
   If using MinGW-w64, install pthreads-w64
   Install libcurl devel (http://curl.haxx.se/download.html)
      * Make sure you have libcurl.m4 in MinGW\share\aclocal
      * Make sure you have curl-config in MinGW\bin
   In the MSYS shell, run:
./autogen.sh   # only needed if building from git repo
      LIBCURL="-lcurldll" ./configure CFLAGS="-O3"
      make

WFT is this shit?

where is the file I should install from mingw.org?

Also Downloaded clients-master

there is the Maxcoin-win32.zip

shouldn't there be a 64 version?

Anyway I opened it and it does NOTHING!!!

Some help please, at least to take the first steps. Thank you!
