I don't basically understand why people will have time to compare Bitcoin to either Gold or USD than educating the world about the uniqueness of it and how its wanna transform the way businesses are done and also impact the entire financial ecosystem. I don't really think its advisable for such issues to be in the crypto space.

As a beginner on this forum, you shouldn't be thinking of making profits but rather you should think of ways of acquiring knowledge and information regarding the rules and regulations of this forum and the entire crypto ecosystem. Knowledge is the key necessity to understand everything within the crypto space and also help you know what to do to maximize your effort of making or earning money in the crypto ecosystem.

If this post qualifies to receive merits, I believe a lot of posts on this forum also deserve to be awarded a merit. I don't think this your merit system is fair. I'm just sad and disappointed

I get it that you guys are trying possible hard to get rid of low quality posts and people who try to scam this forum, but I don't think the idea of Newbies needing just one merit to promote them to Jr member is great. Why not 5 smerits ?  Another problem I have seen on this forum is that people with good quality posts do not get merit for their posts or comments. Why is that so?. If you really want to increase the number of quality posts and comments, I think people with good quality posts and comments need to be rewarded with merit....
