1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you buy a coin that can go ONLY up? on: April 21, 2021, 08:31:58 AM
A crypto project that doesn't rebounds or retrace and just keep surging and surging is a complete shitcoin, the reason for that surging is pump, the shitcoin is been pumped by unknown groups of people and when they finally had enough the whole project will go way down to the point of no return, stay away
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CHIA XCH mining: Why mining without value? on: April 21, 2021, 08:26:35 AM
Chia project is not a joke to be honest, that coin can easily reach top 20 when finally launched by the end of this month, I'm waiting on mining pool as well, the solo mining sucks cos it takes months to get shares and your PC have to stay on always
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Getting older GPUs to mine on: April 21, 2021, 08:21:47 AM
Quadro k4200? The truth about quadro cards is they are bad for crypto mining either new or old it doesn't matter, sorry pal you just have to put those cards aside and use better gpus instead
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Question about router on: April 20, 2021, 06:30:14 AM
If you are using WiFi hotspot for mining then it's going to worth getting a router because wifi hotspot sucks, if you are using 5G network you won't notice the difference though because it's blazing fast but 4G on wifi hotspot still brings 300 to 600MS when mining to using Router can net you 50Ms to 100MS max
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be over ambitious on: April 20, 2021, 06:23:07 AM
The crypto currency space is a very volatile place where anything can happen in a short time frame. No one either experts or not can call the top and bottom in crypto currrency market; we should always remember that our business in crypto currency market, trading is to take profit.

More importantly; don't be over ambitious to help someone to buy tokens, never do it. Instead educate and teach them how to do it, and the risks involved.
Well said OP, I helped a friend to buy some tokens in 2020 and till date the tokens are still worthless, anyways fast-forward to 2021 where all altcoins are pumping hard this shit token still did nothing, bad project IMO but my friend thinks otherwise so I had to pay him twice the money invested just to have some room to breath and have rest of mind, lesson learnt already, it's never going to happen again
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on SafeMoon? on: April 20, 2021, 06:18:59 AM
Do your own research, if you aren't convinced about the project just walk away, yesterday someone asked me if he should buy it, 1 million pieces of that token costs just 7$ to 8$ as of yesterday, really worthless right now but it did 100% too, I went to the official website and the team are chilling about burning the token supply, the fact is this is a high risk investment, might as well worth it, just risk only what you can afford to lose
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Do you know any apps in phone that can mining Ethereum? on: April 18, 2021, 11:34:29 AM
The answer is NO, Ethereum use a POW algorithm called Ethash, a smartphone or ios phone can never handle this PoW algorithm, if you come across any app promising you that your phone can mine ETH its either a way to scam you or infect your smartphone with malware or spyware
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Gaming laptops are left out on: April 18, 2021, 11:29:46 AM
Not quite correct.
Most reasonably priced laptops are already sold out and prices are going up.
Maybe in your own country laptops are sold out but not in mine, the reason why many don't use laptops for mining is because they can't actually handle the heat generated from mining but gaming laptops are designed with high end cooling components but they are costly, would definitely not be a good choice for hardcore miners out there
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I live in a dorm so electricity is a flat fee. How can I take advantage of this? on: April 18, 2021, 11:23:34 AM
Don't rely entirely on mining because soon you won't be making 12$ from those cards per day when bear season starts, id say keep swapping your eth to usdt til this bull season is over then sit back and think what you can do to make money, mining profitability is just temporary
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Gaming laptops are left out on: April 17, 2021, 05:16:03 PM
The only thing that's not scarce and useful for mining right now is gaming laptops and the surprising thing is they aren't costly in price meaning that many people aren't buying for mining purpose, I'm thinking of getting rid of my xbox one X finally and get a gaming laptop with massive gpu onboard not for mining purpose but gaming yet I could mine with it anyways to make few dollars
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The future of AME on: April 17, 2021, 04:58:55 PM
AME future looks uncertainty right now, every listing plans have not been pursue, binance and other, to me it looks like FOMO to drag investors closer but it's not too late since the project posses good use case, it will only fail if the team decide to give up, I will keep holding ame token and see what they will achieve in few more months
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sovryn - price prediction when public sale will be open on: April 17, 2021, 04:52:06 PM
I've made enough from the project already, I bought from a bounty hunter at 3$ each and sold at 40$ each, turned hundreds of dollars to thousands thanks to Sovryn, I believe this project will surprise many when they finally list on big exchanges, I could do buyback too if price falls
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ROI minning on: April 16, 2021, 07:51:54 AM
i have no eletricity cost which mining coin will be good ?

I don't believe that shit, it's either someone else is paying for your electricity or you are using electricity illegally, there is no such thing as free electricity, you don't have solar and inverter or wind turbine and you are claiming free electricity
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH and BSC on: April 16, 2021, 07:47:09 AM
I will leave anything BSC vs ETH out right now until ETH fixed it's high gas fee then it will be next for developers to start making their choices wisely and anyone that triumph from this point onward is the best, but nothing can erase the fact that ETH is the king of all altcoins and smart contract platform, it will still remain a good option for upcoming projects
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance with auto SWAP of ER20 old token is good. on: April 16, 2021, 07:42:09 AM
I love binance exchange for that, last week they also auto swap all NXPS  coin holders to the latest PundiX, it safe you alot of stress unlike the old skool way of sending the coins to project website for swapping, binance exchange rocks
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Running rx580 at OC speed 24/7 on: April 14, 2021, 07:34:06 AM
Since your GPU is undervolted you wonít damage it or anything. Itís rare for a miner to damage a GPU by mining with it. There are gamers which got 2 of these cards in crossfire in a small case with bad air circulation and they donít have issues so you wonít either with your open air rig.

Usually the most common component that goes bad are the fans. Generally you can replace them cheap or take them apart and lubricate the bearings and you are good to go. Most of the time they are assembled in such a way where you donít need to remove heatsink even. So donít worry about damaging your GPU from mining.
You are right pal, crossfire is very common among PC gamers before we start seeing better high end standalone GPUs like GTX1080Ti, still I've not seen a dead gpu been used in crossfire connection for gaming but another thing is gamers off system ( PC ) when they are done gaming, atleast for some hours not mining, there is a difference here don't you think?
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: You guys are wrong, nano is the best store of value for the coming years. on: April 14, 2021, 07:02:43 AM
Now it's Nano vs BTC? Well it's like comparing night and day mate because the only thing I see Nano solving is extremely cheap transaction fees but BTC is more than that, do you know how many projects are like Nano today? And still nothing comes to close to the king BTC itself
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sovryn - price prediction when public sale will be open on: April 14, 2021, 06:57:53 AM
SOV hit 40+ when trading starts and some sold off which draw the price back to 25$+ but that's not the problem, many people still want to buy but there are too many loads on their server, some can't even connect their wallets, I as a person still waiting for my rbtc to land in my RSK mainnet wallet but I plan to hold and not sell, just imagine what will happen if this project start landing on binance, bitmax, gate.io
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do you think bear market will come? on: April 14, 2021, 06:47:04 AM
The adoption of crypto this year is one of a kind, it means crypto is now full nearer to mass adoption, this is why I believe that bitcoin will keep surging through out 2021, the demand is just too great and I don't see any bear trap coming it's way any time sooner
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: strange behavior overclocking 1070's on: April 12, 2021, 07:17:33 AM
Cards behavior are base on their silicon, just because they have the same name doesn't mean they will behave the same way, this is why it's better to spend more time on GPUS before making up your mind that you are the optimum settings, if you can drop the memory type your 1070 has then you can have different settings from people who still use this card for mining including myself
