Sorry to hear that. Here are some things you might try:
1. Create a duplicate rig profile/account and start renting again, the effort is less than 13 hours and cheaper than the lost profit, I'm sure you can complete this task.
2. Not post huge red panicky banners against the service that you suggest gives you a highly profitable edge and prevent others from obtaining them too.

Right now my X11 rig (the stuck one) is offline, I've switched to X13. Anyway, my stuck rig ID is gemmacoin-4967

Have you tried it? It only takes a minute of two. Less time than posting a post on this forum and actually solves your issue.

Opened a ticket because my rig is stuck at Rented - Ends in a few moments for two hours and just got an "stupid-auto" aswer:

Hello,

When a rig is stuck in the “Rented - ends in a few moments” state, that actually means that your rig is no longer connected to Betarigs.
Indeed, Betarigs needs the rig to be online for the end of the rental to be declared.
So simply connect back your rig to Betarigs, and the “Rented - ends in a few moments” label will disappear within a minute or two.

In addition to rigs stuck at, are you experiencing an extreme slow load of Betarigs front end?

About fees:

From e-mail:
Your rig XXXX has been rented for 12 hours!
0.00645 BTC has been paid for the job, and will be transfered (minus the 2.5/1/0% fee -- see FAQ) to your BTC address maximum 24 hours after the rental has finished.

From FAQ:
The fee is at 2%, deducted from the rig price. The fee will be reduced to 1% if the rig is in the top 30 best rated rigs of the month at the moment of payment. The fee will again be reduced to 0% of the rig is in the top 10 best rated rigs.

Please, wich one is the correct one, 2.5% as per e-mail or 2% as per FAQ?

Near two hours with my rig stuck in "Payment received - Waiting 1 confirmation..." status without any reply to my tickets from support staff.

Not good at all!

Anybody else experiencing this issue?
