Даже если учесть что вы тратите на это час в день, то за 20 лет вы потратите на это почти 10 месяцев вашей жизни!!! Стоит ли это того?
   2. Бесконечные разговоры по телефону. Часто это болезнь девушек, сегодня на этом сходят с ума все просто от нечего делать. Я не обвиняю развитие связи, но я думаю надо придерживаться каких то рамок. Деловые разговоры и общение с родственниками - святое дело. Но в 50 % случаев по телефону болтают только чтобы потрепаться. Средний человек в развитой стране разговаривает по телефону  примерно 30-40 минут в день, а это еще почти полгода вашей жизни только за 20 лет!
   3. Самая большая проблема крупных городов - Это пробки!! Да в пробках никто не виноват и от них никуда не денешься скажете вы, но подумайте сами - все эти пробки создали мы сами каждый день мотаясь на машинах куда угодно по любому пустяку не используя общественный транспорт. В пробках люди проводят огромное количество времени. В среднем в крупных городах люди тратят по 3 часа в день - вот и минус 5% вашей жизни впустую!! За 40 лет работы получается более 3 лет вашей жизни!!!
   4. Еще одна очень интересная статья вашего потраченного времени - Это компьютерные игры! На играх некоторые просто сходят с ума и тратят на это каждый день по 6-12 часов, но не все такие игроманы. Да игры это весело и поиграть иногда часок, другой с друзьями  это прикольно и весело. Но не задумывались вы о том что вместо того чтобы тратить игры на развлечения потратить это время на изучение той же криптовалюты и современных научных исследований, открытие своего бизнеса. Если взять что человек начинает играть в игры в 10 лет а заканчивает в 30 лет(многие и позже) в среднем по 4 часа в день то за эти 20 лет получается так же более 3 лет.
   5. И наконец  самый главный уничтожитель времени всех людей Это Телевизор! Бесконечные Сериалы, тупые шоу, различные телеигры - иногда мы смотрим телевизор просто потому что он ВКЛЮЧЕН!! Очень многие считают телевизор главным развлечением в жизни и с этим трудно поспорить. А то сколько рекламы мы смотрим в процессе просмотра не поддается описанию.
Я  не запрещаю смотреть телевизор и сам его смотрю. Есть чудесные фильмы, передачи, интересные сериалы. Но порой мы не замечаем что кроме телевизора  у нас есть другие дела . Например Семья, дети, природа, общение с глазу на глаз. Вы готовы тратить почти 15% своей жизни на телевизор и на то просмотр которого вы забудете уже на следующий день? Я нет, лучше я пойду погуляю..
   Вы скажете что я несу какую то ерунду, ведь я как и все вы часами сидим в интернете глядя на графики, читая этот форум и изучая криптовалюту на экранах мониторов. Да это действительно в большинстве случаев так. Но я хочу сказать, что вокруг нас есть гораздо более ценные вещи: Семья, дети, любимая жена, мать.. Давайте уделять им побольше своего времени и не проживать эту жизнь так бесполезно.
