The methodological aspects of technology evolution in the modern scientific picture of the world in the paradigms of universal evolution, the global future, "green" development using the socio-natural-natural approach are considered. The problem of managing the evolution of technology is posed. Proposed: 1) a new interdisciplinary conceptual approach to the analysis of the evolution of technology, technology, technological structures; 2) the approach, methodology, classification and model for assessing the environmental friendliness of technology, technology, and industries; 3) technology to manage the evolution of technology through the management of a spectrum of technologies. A new interpretation of the concept of "technological structure" is given, taking into account interaction with the environment. The bases are formulated and the structure of the general theory of technologies is proposed.
