Ok I got 9 XC today. But the avg hashrate doesn't seem right. If I mine on any other pools suprnova, dedicatedpool, etc, my hashrate is always above 90.
Right now we're more concerned with keeping the pool operational. If you're not getting the desired hashrate, please don't mine and hope for the best at payout time. We will eventually have multiple stratums with different settings which will cater for everyone, but right now our goal is to keep the pool up. One issue we have right now is we have found 15 LitecoinX blocks! But the db (and website) aren't reporting them. Adding LitecoinX will boost our X11 payouts that's for sure, but just need to sort this flippin issue now. |

The multipool has encountered a couple of serious issues and will be offline for awhile.
This may all stem from the addition of the US stratum, we're investigating.

Seems like the XC official pool is down... or at least its not giving me any work... can anyone confirm ?
down for me for the last 5 minutes... Guys, please check the site first before posting, there is a message in blue which has announcements. Server had to be restarted, which with this many coins can take up to 15minutes. It should be back up now. I had hoped that was wrong.... and still do. Please check the site's Message Of The Day for announcements - The last x11 payment has gone out, but it seems we have lost the stats for it due to a db error. It was a pool payout of 96 XC plus we have just submitted another payout of 4.5 XC, giving a total pool payout of 100.5 XC. Better than the previous shift payout but still not where we should be for X11. LitecoinX to be added shortly. We can tell you that the x11 payouts are on the low side. We're happy with scrypt and sha256, just need to get x11 up. is there a known reason for this? why the algorithm determine price per share? There isn't a price per share. If there are 100 shares in the pool total and you have 3 of those shares. You get 3% of the total payout. The reason for this is determined by a few factors: price of btc price of xc blocks found by the pool during the shift coin difficulty pool hashrate price of mined coins. coins available to mine What we need to do is get the right combination of coins for the X11 pool. We initially turned off high diff coins like darkcoin, but I have been advised to leave them on. |

We can tell you that the x11 payouts are on the low side. We're happy with scrypt and sha256, just need to get x11 up, but its not that bad. If you take the average BTC/MH for x11 as 0.0003, lets say you have 6MH. 0.0003 * 6 = 0.0018 price of XC = 0.0018 You should receive 1 XC based on this rough calc. |

We will introduce additional stratums with different difficulties at some point. We understand some miners have trouble connecting on low minimum diffs, while other dislike that 128 is our lowest. We can't please everyone with one stratum so we will have different stratums for different groups. There will also be a Canadian, Asian and even Australian stratums too in our bid for world takeover.  |

Also do not forget that your hash rate will show lower because of WU and that is what counts. I have seen people hash to the moon speed wise, but the work submitted was much much lower than if they would tune it down to tweek other things. If I am hashing @ 2MH per with a 5-10% reject rate, where as I would get more if I would slow it down to 1.9MH with a 1% reject/stale rate.
Our starting diff is 512 with a minimum VARDIFF of 128, this is probably why its showing lower on our pool then the others he's been too. Too sleepy, this is true what I wrote previously, for scrypt and sha256. x11 diff starts at 0.001. |

Okay so we're talking about x11 and not scrypt, gotcha. Shouting scam at us will not make us investigate your issue any faster. If you're unhappy about the pool, please stop mining with us. Thanks. Let me be clear if you're getting the wrong hashrate right now on our pool. That might be an issue with either our pool or your hardware, but we will never pay out any extra XC for that reason. If you determine after 30 minutes that you're not getting the full hashrate, what do you do? STOP MINING. Do not carry on because we do not offer any guarantee or warranty or any other type of 'incorrect hashrate insurance'.
Contact support and we can help you, but don't mine for 3 days and then say hey you owe my 1.5MH/s worth of XC. Pay up or I will yell scam.  |
