61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/CuckooCycle miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 14.1.0 on: February 05, 2019, 06:19:10 AM
i tested gminer 1.30 and f2pool showed less average hashrate after few hours of mining, i think it's because this bminer setting:

Improved the miner fidelity by 8%-10%. You will not see big local difference but you will see roughly 10% higher speed on the pool side.
gminer doesn't uses this tweak

so bminer 14.0 has higher recorded f2pool hashrate, i will countinue using bminer at the moment it has highest recorded pool hashrate for grin c29 algo than any other miner, even if miner itself shows otherwise
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/CuckooCycle miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 14.1.0 on: February 05, 2019, 01:43:49 AM
well i made some more testing VS gminer 1.30 and f2pool gives quite big drop of hashrate using gminer with 28.1g/sec hashrate vs only 26.8g.sec actual hashrates that bminer 14.0 has, maybe it's because this setting:

Improved the miner fidelity by 8%-10%. You will not see big local difference but you will see roughly 10% higher speed on the pool side.

here's result :

i will test it further in longer periods, it's quite interesting result, if this fidelity option really works (i'm not quite sure yet whether gminer also has it or not) i will receive higher earnings than gminer with 28g/sec hashrate, with gminer there's no rejected shares, but teamviewer works slower with gminer, it also uses around 32gb pagefile
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GMiner v1.30 Equihash(BEAM on 3GB!, BTG)/CuckooCycle(GRIN29 NiceHash, AE) on: February 05, 2019, 12:30:54 AM
quite good increase in hashrates with C29 algo using latest gminer 1.30 build:

https://i.imgur.com/rJOJpr9.png

without using teamviewer it's around 28g.sec now, while 1.27 had around 26.5g/sec on my rig that's TDP 70% and memory +500 on all 5 GPU, as for core i used following settings:
3X1080 EVGA FTW core -50 (using second bios which gives around 1900+ MHZ)
1080 MSI gamer x core +150 which gives around 1800+ core
1080Ti zotac amp core +120 which gives around 1800+ core

on bminer i had around 27.2g/sec using same settings, it's quite good increse in hashrates, as for cpu usages it's around 50-60% on my celeron G1840 2.8GHZ using 2X2 1600MHZ ram and 32gb virtual memory on windows 1709 latest build and 60gb ssd (i have around 10gb free space left) i had around 1.2% rejected shares on f2pool using bminer, now i have almost 0% with same settings, i use ohgod pill as well, it gives small hashrate increase

for mining grin-beam algo you should use this miner https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5034735.0 bminer needs new version
65  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - sell & buy hash rate cloud mining service / multipool on: February 01, 2019, 05:30:04 PM
well nicehash also added GrinCuckaroo29, GrinCuckatoo31 and Lyra2REv3 algos https://www.nicehash.com/algorithm i will try them later with awesome miner , after i get another 3 grin at f2pool, at the moment i get around 0.0013 bitcoin per day after 5 day mining (4X1080+1080Ti rig) let's see how will nicehash pay

well i tested latest 14.1.0 build on my rig and f2pool 24 hour hashrate dropped around 1g/sec, so it's better to stay on 14.0 build, cpu usage is quite big on both builds, but 14.1.0 has around 5-8% less cpu usage than previous build
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/CuckooCycle miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 14.1.0 on: January 30, 2019, 03:24:26 PM
i tested 14.1.0, 14.0.0 and 13.2.0 with Cuckaroo29 and on my rig 14.0.0 showed highest hashrate, 27.20g/s VS around 26.70-26.50 with latest and 13.2 build, but 14.1.0 build had less cpu usage 60-55% VS 50-55%, i better stay on 14.0.0 build with higher cpu usage and around 0.5g/sec more overall hashrate, today i had only 1.3 % rejected shares on f2pool in 24 hour period and 31.2g.sec average hashrate
69  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/CuckooCycle miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 14.0.0 on: January 30, 2019, 01:35:46 AM
no fifth 1080 card is just different model and it's working with lower core speeds, difference is around 150MHZ between MSI gamer x 1080 and EVGA 1080 FTW using second bios with -50 core oc + teamviewer by the way in f2pool statistics average 24 hour hashrate is 30g.sec, while miner shows only 27.20g without using teamviewer, so there's no performance decrease on my rig, by the way first GPU is 1080Ti zotac amp on my rig with core oc 120+ all five gpu work at TDP 70% and 53-55% fan, temps are around 2-3 °C less than on skunkhash,X16R and other X algos

https://i.imgur.com/ndmFSVk.png
https://i.imgur.com/jiWii7d.png
https://i.imgur.com/hh3RpLD.png

maybe it's because increased fidelity in latest build:

Improved the miner fidelity by 8%-10%. You will not see big local difference but you will see roughly 10% higher speed on the pool side.

so there's definitely some problem with 6+ GPU rigs at the moment even with latest intel i7, also 1080Ti will need higher pagefile than 1070-1080 with just 8GB VRAM, well 7-8 GPU rig need at least 120gb ssd with just only 4gb ram but at the moment performance drop would be quite big on such systems even with i7, i have only 60gb and there's only 10gb free space left with 32gb pagefile, but system stability is quite good in 24 hour mining period, even with 5X1080Ti maybe there's some performance drop using higher pagefile and 120gb ssd, since 60gb partition won't be enough with 5X11GB VRAM GPU + 1080Ti need higher cpu usage than 1080
i haven't tested beam hashrates and profits yet on nicehash with equahash 150.5 algo, i think it doesn't need so large pagefile and should do around 0.0016-0.0018 bitcoins per day with 120-130 Sol/s hashrate, later they should add grincoin as well, grin-beam-Zcoin are most profitable coins to mine at the moment, but grin at the moment has highest income on my rig
70  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/CuckooCycle miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 14.0.0 on: January 30, 2019, 01:12:11 AM
well with 5 GPU only hashrates are quite good on my rig, i think problem starts after 6 GPU, for example with 6 1080Ti even with larger pagefile 2 core cpu would have problems and hashrate would drop, maybe  6-8 core cpu should do better with 6-8 GPU or there's some kind of limitation at the moment with 6-8 gpu rigs using latest bminer build, as for celeron it can do well with 5X1080Ti, i use only 32gb pagefile and hashrates are quite high:

https://i.imgur.com/qglZGxH.png

even with 5 GPU my celeron G1840 works at 50%, so with 6+ GPU CPU utilization will be even higher and GPU hashrates will dicrease, with 7-8 GPU rig there should be quite high cpu bottleneck, maybe i7-8700 should do better with more RAM
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/CuckooCycle miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 14.0.0 on: January 28, 2019, 06:10:31 PM
well after 27 hours of mining i made almost 1 grin coin (At the moment it is around 0.0032 bitcoin) with 2.9% rejected shares and zero stability issues and restarts:

https://i.imgur.com/NYQAn5B.png

miner shows only 27.20g/sec hashrate while pool 30g/sec

i think nicehash will also add grincoin, both beam and grin coin mining looks quite promising
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/CuckooCycle miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 14.0.0 on: January 27, 2019, 07:00:13 PM
here's my rig:

https://i.imgur.com/TK3vDQO.png

CPU usage is around 50-55% with 5 gpu and 32gb paging file using 4gb ram and celeron 1840 on h81 motherboard
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/CuckooCycle miner for AMD/NVIDIA GPUs 14.0.0 on: January 27, 2019, 04:54:43 PM
here's my results:

https://i.imgur.com/zZ72lkj.png

3X1080 EVGA FTW core oc -50 memory oc +500 (core operates around 1900MHZ using second bios)
1X1080 MSI gamer x core oc 0 memory oc +500 (core operates around 1800MHZ)
1X 1080Ti zotac amp core oc +80 memory oc +500 (core operates around 1700MHZ)

all 5 cards are on tdp 70% using pill (windows 10 1709 with latest updates and 371.75 cuda 10 drivers) just using 4gb ram + celeron 1840 and 32gb pagefile (only 60gb ssd partition) i have around 8gb free space left, but miner is quite stable, i will do further testing, maybe i can increase hashrate even higher, at the moment my rig makes around 0.9 grin per day mining on f2pool, rejected shares are around 1-2% only

increased GTX1080Ti oc from 80 to 120 on core, now fidelity is quite good:

https://i.imgur.com/uWoy2fx.png

zotac amp core now operates around 1750MHZ total hashrate is around 27.20g/sec without using teamviewer, i will test in 24 hour period
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoDredge 0.16.1 — NVIDIA GPU Miner on: January 27, 2019, 08:23:05 AM
pill gives only 2-3% icnrease, my GTX1080Ti zotac amp uses only 1500 core with TDP70% and 80+ core oc, it's rock stable, my rig needs around 26gb virtual memory and it hasn't crashed yet in 4 day mining, just do one system restart per day, well in readme file it says that you can put intensity 0 to 6 and default intensity is 6, after mining dev fee session your hasrate will drop, but in reality it' same as before dev fee session, my hashrate is around 13.63-13.65mh/sec, after dev fee it never goes 13.5mh/sec, but mintpool always shows 13.7 or even higher, it makes around 0.88 zcoins per day, i already made 0.00313411 BTC + 0.35 zcoin, that around 3 day and 15 hours of mining
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoDredge 0.16.1 — NVIDIA GPU Miner on: January 25, 2019, 11:33:13 PM
my rig is rock stable, no single crash, using windows 10 1709 with latest updates (crap free enterprise) and 371.75 nvidia hotfix cuda 10 drivers but i have only 5 GPU, there's no stability or scalability problem with 4gb ram and celeron G1840 (650+1000+1000 PSU combination and risers) i'm using only 60gb ssd and it is enough for at least 5 GPU: i'm making around 1 Zcoin per day on mintpool european server, which is around 0.0014 bitcoin at the moment

https://i.imgur.com/ig2stBm.png

here's my oc settings with intensity 6 and ohgodpill and TDP 70%

Zotac amp 1080Ti oc core +80 memory +500 around 1500-1520MHZ core and 56 °C temp fan 56%
MSI gamer x 1080 oc core +150 memory +500 around 1500-1520MHZ core and 54 °C temp fan 54%
EVGA FTW 3X1080 oc core + 0 memory +500 (on second bios which has automatic core oc) core operates around 1680-1720MHZ and 55-54 °C temp fan 55-56% using afterburner curve

so at the moment it can pay electricity bills + around 80-100$ profit,or just keep everything in bitcoin and wait few more years, i think grin-beam coin algorithm should do good profits as well, my system is fine even with KIS 2019 and teamviewer is working fine as well without any major slowdowns or lags, as for system partition from 55.2gb i have around 12gb free space left, so it uses around 25.5gb virtual memory and it's very stable in longer periods
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoDredge 0.16.1 — NVIDIA GPU Miner on: January 24, 2019, 11:01:55 PM
my GPU's work best at +500 memory both dagger hashimoto and MTP algo using pill, with memory 1000 they lose stability and crash, and i prefer to use TDP 70%, never had any problems on any other algos as well, both memory or core intensive, mining since last may and they're rock stable, this algo give quite good profit even at those settings, around 0.0013-0.0014 bitcoin per day, let's see how long those kind of incomes last, grin and beam coins should do good as well
77  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CryptoDredge 0.16.1 — NVIDIA GPU Miner on: January 24, 2019, 09:51:08 PM
CD 0.16.1 cuda 10 works more than fine on my rig using MTP algo:

memory +500 and some core oc + pill with TDP 70%, it uses around 26gb pagefile (just 4gb ram and celeron G1840), i use mintpool, it's rock stable:

78  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - sell & buy hash rate cloud mining service / multipool on: November 11, 2018, 07:19:31 AM
X16R and skunkhash algos are quite good, but can you also add algos like x17,x16s,bcd,X22i, more antiasic algos won't hurt GPU mining
