Been two days of weird pool issues, getting pool sent wrong data. Happening at two locations so I am assuming it's not me.
Ethash is the pool I am mining from (auto switching so it could be eth, music, or classic, I don't recall.
Going to try switching miners.
EDIT: Swapped all rigs to claymore 15 and they all seem to have started. That was randomly easy rofl must have been an update or a block reached that made the version I was on quit working....and the pool was fine, as always.
Yeah it's miner program's epoch limit problem. Monero on the exchange.

XMR auto exchanging were delayed due to hardfork issue. It's all working well now. Ravencoin is not exchanging to Ethereum now for several days, please fix it or give our mined coins back.

Take this opportunity to expose the following anomaly, comparing the blocks mined in MPH and the blocks paid in my transaction history, I see that there are missing blocks, no listed mined blocks in my transaction history, what is happening here?

Last night I spent a couple hours trying to connect XMR-STAK to miningpoolhub, with no success. I read the instruction thoroughly. The system appears to have it's own login, where I place my own wallets that I did do. For reasons unknown, I just can not get XMR-STAK to connect. I'll add pool features first and add coins one by one after that. Both of my miners (ETH), about 1-2 hours ago, stopped appearing in the MPH Dashboard. When i tried to switch to the us-east.ethash-hub.miningpoolhub.com , the error vanished and the miners re-appeared in the MPH Dashboard.
Unfortunately the ping times are also higher in the US server but at least it is working for now.
That works for one of my miners but not for the others Nevermind, it works fine. It was just a dumb mistake on my part. It seems like the error migrated to the US server too after a while...so it doesn't help much if you switch servers unfortunately  Also this error doesn't seem to be caused by OC, it happened simultaneously on 2/2 rigs that i have. And as i noticed, the same thing happened to other people as well at about the same time. Sorry for inconvenience. There was weird error on some servers. Some pool servers created wrong DAG file for that period. After flushing DAG file and restart, it is solved and working well. I'm investigating the issue that how come this issue can happen. |

Hey guys, sorry I did not reach out directly to any mining pools. I tried to inform the community as much as possible prior to the markets being paused and the snapshot block being taken.
My methods of communication are typically Bitcointalk, Twitter, Facebook, Slack, Discord and YouTube.
All the balances mined on the GEO POW chain up until the snapshot will be credited over to the Ubiq Network. If you missed the on exchange swap supported by both Bittrex and Cryptopia, you'll have to use our manual swap claims process which we will be setting up shortly after the new token is live. The process involves "Signing a Message" with the GEO desktop wallet to prove ownership of the account. You will also need to provide your new GEO Token address from the Ubiq Network and the cryptographic signature. These 3 elements will then be sent via a Google Form and be processed on an individual basis.
We're currently working with the UBQ developers and the exchanges to get the new token live and running. This process will take some time and I'll be sure to post back here and on some of the other channels above when we are online once again.

I lost money in your pool during maintenance. My miners were connected to your pool for that time and being away I could not reconnect them to a different one; machines kept using electricity and mining time was wasted. Thanks. It's really a pitty such a busy person like you over half a year did not notice new website http://geo.money/ , over 10 tweets with news of swap, exchange announcements and what's even worse for pool-owner not to monitor basic mean of communication in crypto - bitcointalk. Not to mention recent huge spike in price and huge spike in mining difficulty which you may have noticed over past month and could have made you curious what is the reason for that, but nahhhh who cares right? And what's best about this whole case? Geo explorer finished at #1568686 so in total there were 561 extra blocks issued past snapshot date, that totals 561 coins issued total. You're not the only pool that participated in those so I must say you're a really funny guy to argue over such amount, especially being a pool-owner since couple of years. Imo just fuck off penny begger. Don't get me wrong. I want things solved. Sorry if you felt like that. If you lost money then contact me via contact@miningpoolhub.com. Tell me your username. I've been paying more mostly when they lost due to server fault. You can find my history from thread that I paid to miners. Actually I never received such email from miners for that period because that maintenance was not related with earnings. I don't care how much I lost. I ask to dev because of responsibility for miners. It's not about my money. I want to transfer pool's fund to new geocoin token and distribute to miners. Ok it's working now. Huge amount came back from exchange. Would love to know why there was a sudden 24 hour delay. Usually it takes 3 to 5 hours for the equihash coins but suddenly nothing for 24 hours. Anyway, all good now. Hope it stays that way.  There was some big amount of auto exchange demand which was bigger than bittrex's overall zcash order book. As this never happened before, I had to exchange it manually and resume the auto exchange. Sorry for inconvenience. @miningpoolhub
Please help me, i dont see any pool workers for 12 hrs at least, though Hub worker exists and balance incoming.

Add your workers at Workers page manually and you will see statistics instantly. Usually it should be added automatically but these are quite slow sometimes. This issue will be fixed when I open unified miner page. It will be available soon. I'm working on it. |

4 gpu can't make 2 xzc in 2 days.
I got 4 rigs not 4 gpu!!! It' s your pool and yet you are unable to see my statistics about workers, KH/s, earnings and payouts??? How stupidly absurd it is! Ok. sorry that I misunderstood your rig size. I already sent you your all past transactions via email. I believe you are running several accounts. Pool never deletes transaction items. Actually there's no transaction deletion code at all too. Keep in mind that no one is experiencing similar issue like you. I saw many people shouting at me scammer easily at first and found their mistake later and disappear without saying sorry. I'm tired to check and response because you can also check your hashrate and payouts. You don't even do your basic checks. If I were you I would explore transaction items first. You told me you paid out on early december too but your account mining started on 28th December. Check your miner rigs and your other accounts. |

Since 27th december haven't got XVG and Zcoin payouts. Balance is empty and credit is emptied each time threshold gets reached. I am litterally mining for free. Miningpoolhub support is playing games, says everything's ok. Not sure uncompetent or acting artless.
Anyone got similiar problems/experience recently?
Did you put in a wallet address? When the amount you put is reached they automatically send the coins to the address in the wallet. Go to transactions and in filter select "Debit AP" and it will show you the coins that were sent. Probably in your wallets for the respective coins. Been mining with MPH a while and they never stole any coins from me. Of course I got destination wallets. Successfully mined xvg and zcoin before dec 27. Transactions page now is empty. This mining for free sage goes into third day for me. Heard rumors of MPH hack fud recently. Could be missing funds?? What is your id? and what is your email? I believe you are confused with other coin's transactions page because pool doesn't flush transaction items at all. Check what coin pool you are exploring. Lowered to 0.001 XZC. Actually 0.01 is default value for most new pools by template. I didn't adjust it. I have paid the 0.01 XZC fee four times. Two times each on two accounts. Are you going to refund the people that paid the higher fee already? The pool operator did nothing wrong that would make it necessary to issue a refund. insane fee is certainly wrong to me. And btw why do you feel the need to defend his behavior ? I don't think 0.01 XZC is "insane" fee. No one asked me to lower it before and I didn't even think of it. Withdrawal fee should be same or higher than actual p2p network fee. p2p fee actually goes up and down so it's hard to estimate before transaction happens. Also zcoin wallet's coin transfer is not that simple. As it consumes 100% cpu for every transaction for quite long, withdrawal fee should be a little bit higher to encourage miner to payout bigger amount. Zcoin payout is not that light from server side. Payout to 100 miner needs few minutes to complete. When will an overview of all machines be available?
Its so hard to see what my machines are doing, digging into each coin to see if my machines are currently active/mining that coin.

Seems like you are inserting wrong address. Are you sure you are trying to input bitcoin cash address? I wish there was a feature to donate to the admin. I have 0.001 verticoin and I really don't want it! I'm never going to mine lyra2re2 again so I will never have enough verticoin to send anywhere so it stays stuck there. I wish I could give it away or flush it or just make it invisible.
you can use auto exchange feature to convert it to your desired coin. That way you can encash your hard earned mining money :p Doesn't work, probably cos it amounts to less than one cent. There's probably a minimum amount needed to auto exchange. Have you moved credit to auto exchange wallet? Anyone use the auto profit successfully? Is it worth it or questionable?
It is not. The auto profit switching and the PPLNS payment system are two things, that doesnt work together. It is just stupid to setup a multi algo auto profit switching pool with a PPLNS payment system... The pool doesn't switch algo/coin until a block has been found. So there will be no loss of revenue from switching unless you or your Mining software decide to switch before the block is done. Let the pool pick the algo/coin. I don't know if everyone here understands what PPLNS is but if you want what I thought was a very good description of PPLNS I found one here. http://give-me-coins.com/support/faq/what-is-pplns/After reading it your should understand that PPLNS does hurt miner profits but makes it hard for pool hoppers to gain an advantage over consistent miners. I did test auto switching and not auto switching for few weeks and found that auto switching makes more money overall. PPLNS is not to penalize pool hoppers. PPLNS is to penalize pool hopping cheaters. pool hopping cheaters use different strategy. Is there a reason my workers are not being added to the individual pools automatically? I was away for the holidays and set up a new system just prior and the entire time it was working for free.....
Automatic addition can be very slow sometimes. This only affects statistics. You may add workername manually and you will see statistics immediately if you were mining correctly. You get all credits whether your workers were registered or not. They are totally independent process internally. |

This is why I also have 2FA disabled on coin exchanges. A friend, just a couple of days ago, broke his phone and can no longer access the coins held on an exchange...I did warn him. Write down secret key. If you didn't write secret key, then send email from your registered email account to contact@miningpoolhub.comI'll help you. |
