These people who are selling the iPhones with Flappy Bird have it jailbroken and get a jailbroken app called "Installous", This app gives you access to full pirated apps for free. Flappy Bird is in this app for free.

There are also alternatives to the app such ass AppCake, V-Share, ETC.
