341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Big Successful ICO Coins Price are sinking? on: December 14, 2018, 05:56:58 AM
What's going on with big successful ICO projects? Big Successful Projects like Pumapay, HDAC, Cryptosolartech, Bankex. Look at their coin price, every coin price is like nothing and their trading volume is too low! Pumapay raised 117 Million USD, but their trading volume less than 2 Million USD and coin price are just ridiculous. HDAC, Such a promising Project it was, but HDAC ico investors are lost their investment, ICO price was 1.25 USD per HDAC Coin and now it's trading with 0.037 USD! Seriously? And the same thing happened with Bankex, Cryptosolartech. But Why? What is the reason behind it?
Well to me that's not good for this project who raised good sum of money but go ahead to list very low on an exchange.  There are two things to this, one is tha they just did so because of the bear market and is hopping to pump it's price once market is great. The second is, they intentionally do this just to allow the price move up as the market tends to move up and I consider this unfair and tricky
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your wallet from hackers on: December 13, 2018, 05:27:59 PM
This is for those who use wallets with cheap transaction fee, such as ethereum based wallets.
There are some who cannot yet afford to purchase a hardware wallet. On that note, i have a suggestion on how your wallet can be safe from hackers. I have always noticed wallets that get easily hacked are those that are subject to public view.
Try as much as possible to have a separate cold wallet address that you do not copy and paste the private key, and neither do you share the address with anyone. You can use it to store most of your valuable coins.
Even if you want to transfer any coin or token to an address belonging to another person, first transfer it to your public wallet before sending it out.
I read a news today which stated that cryptocurrency investors are the worst password users. What this meant was that they don't creat well enough strong password to protect their assets.  So I suggest the most important thing is your password
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT TO DO ABOUT 2019? on: December 13, 2018, 05:20:42 PM
2019 is not far from now and i think we might have seen the worse in 2018 because 2018 bear market came more like a surprise to all cryptocurrency enthusiasts and before we could realize the whole thing the market could not recover which have forced most of us to become holders of some altcoins and different ICO's token that ain't worth holding and now we are almost there in 2019. During the bull run a lot of analytics predicted that Bitcoin could reached $50K and above and now the reserve is the case throughout the year 2018. This year have taught a lot of us different lessons on how to cope during the bear market. May i know your own opinion on how you were able to scale through and survive during this unexpected 2018 bear market...

Thanks Guys
The bear market a surprise?  I doubt that and disagree with you on that. There has been history where Bitcoin has lost its value just like what we see now. At this moment we just keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are people doing? on: December 12, 2018, 03:25:29 PM
Some are holding while some panic sell. But what ever the case might be , everyone is trying to adapt with the market conditions. And that includes you as well
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next year cryptocurrency market on: December 12, 2018, 03:22:06 PM
At this point we have to just watch and see how the market turns out. It's difficult to speculate the turnout in the market
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most alts are worth Zero on: December 11, 2018, 09:35:25 PM
The market has realized most of these coins are worth nothing and some promoters have no intention of developing the ecosystem
What do you expect? With drastic fall in the market, many Coin will become dead
347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What If Nothing Change In 2019? on: December 11, 2018, 09:33:00 PM
2018 is not a profitable year for almost all Crypto enthusiasts. Though there's an increase in adoption of blockchain technology but almost all crypto assets have lost close to 90% of their all time high and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. In some weeks now, we will say goodbye to 2018 and the hope of market recovery will now cling to 2019. Though am not trying to be pessimistic but what if nothing change in 2019, what if the bear market continues unabated, will it be the end or sign of the end for Cryptocurrency because I don't think many will still continue to retain their hope if nothing positive happens at least for the first quarter of 2019.
Well I have always thought of that as well and if there are no change on the market by next year, we have no choice that to wait for it

If nothing happens which I doubt then we have no choice than to keep waiting and believing thing change as soon as possible
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: where are the investors? on: December 10, 2018, 04:52:27 PM
I see that there are many ICOs that fail because of lack of funds even though the concept is good and potential, isn't it if the project is funded and realized the project will be successful and profitable for investors?
Most of the investors are waiting for a better market to start investing. Meanwhile there has been alot of shits projects and some investors are tired of them
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would There Be Enough Room in the Future for all these Digital Currencies? on: December 09, 2018, 11:38:00 AM
The world of cryptocurrencies truly fascinates me. How can it not? Iíve never seen so many people this excited about the concept of virtual currency before. Even the dialogues in this forum are very dynamic and of course, informative (I might have picked a few tips here and there Smiley). I know these coins have proven to be very good investments and Iíve read so many success stories already about people making a huge profit out of this.
But would there be enough space for all these ICOs and coins to co-exist? Do we need this many coins? Or are you foreseeing a future where we will be using only one virtual currency?

Many of this Coin will definitely go. Not all can stand the test of time.
351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is ICO king, Do you agree? on: December 09, 2018, 11:32:40 AM
If Bitcoin is king of cryprocurrency, then Ethereum is the king of all ICOs ,do you agree?  Stella, neo and no other blockchain has hosted ICO than other than Ethereum.

Ironically yea you are right. Till date many start-up projects still use ethereum blockchain even when there are stories about its vulnerability it still standsout
352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook is launching '' FaceCoin ''' on: December 07, 2018, 06:05:53 AM
The "FaceCoin " will someday be a reality. According to many repoprts Mark Zuckerberg's social network would consider creating his own virtual tokens to facilitate paid transactions on his platform that now has some 2 billion user . For this matter Facebook has assembled a team dedicated to the technology of the blockchain. It is directed by David Marcus, former Messenger boss and former president of Paypal.

Don't be too excited yet, popular companies like Facebook can't be in a haste to have its own blockchain without a lot of protocols being looked into and taken care of
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ICO is best for investment ? on: December 07, 2018, 05:55:22 AM
Eligma or GIG9
I don't know about Eligma or GIG9 to be the best ico to invest in. But I will suggest Bulleon as I see great potential in the project
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: are you afraid of the current market situation. on: December 06, 2018, 03:18:09 PM
This is because several months the crypto currency market has experienced a major outbreak. And start falling btc and expect coins too. As a trader, I feel tension and fear when the market slowly drops due to the garbage market ... What about you who are afraid when the market goes down.
Everyone is afraid because we all have invested our money and time and no one like to loose
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency unpredictability on: December 06, 2018, 03:04:08 PM
Todayís event about ripple and Etherum has just shown to all that in crypto currency, prediction is not totally allowed neither is it the best resort.

We can only focus and do our research works
The risk is inevitable

hope I get more ideas from replies
Well I wouldn't say it's unpredictable because good traders are still making tons of money from the bear market.  This only affects the holders
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Security Tokens Era Begins In 2019 on: December 05, 2018, 06:17:20 AM
Hey guys, look what I found:
"In search of a new investment opportunity that is fast-growing and continuously-developing? Look no further than security token offerings (STOs) as they are a valuable alternative to raising capital on a global basis and are becoming more common in todayís market of crypto fundraising.

The initial boom in the STO realm began in the latter half of 2018 and in the near future, they will be unanimously considered superior to ICO's due to increased security for investors leading to a decreased possibility for fraud. It was initially expected for 2018 to be the year of security tokens, but it was just the beginning. During this year

U.S. The Securities and Exchange Commission has stepped up pressure on the ICO market, forcing it to falter thus scared away many investors. However, this was only a necessary step in the transformation of this fundraising mechanism from a still new, incomprehensible and unsafe for investors into a truly mature, serious financial market. In the near future, we can expect that the Security Tokens industry will begin attracting back investors from both classic financial and ICO markets.

With significant progress made over the last 10 months, 2019 will be the true year for security tokens as they will replace utility tokens as the leading investment opportunity. Investing has never been so affordable. It is the combination of modern blockchain technologies and basic government control to ensure security that will make the sale of assets transparent as never before."
-----------------------------
Do you agree wit it?
I agree with you. With the rate of increasing start-ups on security tokens, it will definitely increase more in STOs I am looking forward to it and to see the differences it will make in the crypto world
357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why deceiving others? on: December 05, 2018, 06:12:24 AM
I always believe that everything that goes up will surely have is way down. And crypto makes me believe that things(price) can goes up and down and again and again.....

But why do people keep deceiving themselves by telling others to believe that this is the best time to buy? And what i think is that most of them never bought any because I'm much they also made thesame statements when Eth is at 500$-300$-200$ and now way below that.

Tell me what preaching will those people have for does who bought at $1200 hun?

Well as far as I  am concerned, I dont really have to listen to anyone before making investments unless you are strictly certified financial advisor then I can at least confide in you while making some difficult investment
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe this is the highest bottom ? on: December 03, 2018, 06:06:43 PM
I can't say if we have reached the bottom but I really hope it is the bottom so we can see some retracement
359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: should I start buying ICOs again on: December 03, 2018, 05:31:00 PM
You can always buy when ever you think it's right for you to buy in. If you come across a good project,  buy into it
360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to exchange your altcoins for dollars or btc? on: November 30, 2018, 08:54:42 PM
Which ever is easier for you, you can go ahead and exchange. Depending on the exchange I use but I mostly exchange to eth
