Both of your account phungploi and jobair4 using a same address.
It can be a prove of your account and jobair4 has relation or controlled by 1 person in this forum, however it will be future reference for @nutildah or anyone that need it (e.g. campaign manager) even though you didn't break any rules based on the above proof.
I'm not defending those account but I think the altered application isn't really 100% proof since it can be @jobair4 is just copy pasting the above application (@phungploi) and forgot to change the form.
But if anyone think the proof is enough, they're breaking the bounty rules join with alt accounts in a same campaign.

I decide to dig more of this accounts to get more information.
I am a "phungploi" user and I have been banned for 5 days, so I use my "vnp" sub account to send daily reports to the admin for approval and understanding for me.
@phungploi and @vnp join in a same bounty, but the bounties didn't have any rules of forbid alt accounts.
@jobair4 is evading ban of his 3 other alt accounts.
Thank you for the reminder! but me and jobair4 have nothing to do with each other ! He copied the post I didn't know about.
As for the vnp account I used it to participate in the bounty during the locked time. and i also asked the bounty manager about it and got permission.
