1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: November 20, 2020, 07:27:42 AM
Wxcrowed are cool but some team or project owners are now playing smart. They later change smart contract of lock excrow funds making them useless
you are literally describing the scam projects if its a legit project they wouldn't do such a thing but regardless I dont see any advantages of having escrow it would just prolong the distribution.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there really only 2 types of Altcoins from a Investor's view? on: November 19, 2020, 11:19:18 PM
Oscillators
Degenerators

you cant filter these terms in both coingecko and CMC because nobody is using these words in crypto, you can see its published recently.
My take is that its a common scene because its a tech it would keep on developing and older coins/tokens would be forgotten by the better coins/tokens
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $10,170,000,000 was transferred over the Ethereum network in Q2 on: November 19, 2020, 10:19:27 PM
I wouldnt be surprised since smart money has been slowly entering the cryptomarkets and i would expect more to flow because big banks are still waiting for the right time they wouldnt put all their money in 1 go.
this article stated that there banks also testing the DEFI tech

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The BEST DeFi Yield Farming Platform on Binance Smart Chain BSC on: November 15, 2020, 01:07:17 AM

Exactly.

Binance promote BSC network as a safe place for users. They invest and support Dapp developers with their own fund. Like AnySwap, PancakeSwap, BakerySwap... Just to motivate them in participation on BSC.
Unfortunately with SCAMs like this they are losing credibility and users. This scammers from crossfin.io (Cross Finance), made even a fake volume and users.
They even tricked VOSK to promote them as a BEST DeFi Yield Farm. A lot of users lost their money following those videos.
Everything is reported by community to Binance, Binance Security, Binance DeFi...but action is stil "on hold".

So, BSC is not a safe place at the moment...Binance need to make an action...
So, Basically binance should really need to know the creators of these platforms in order not to get dragged into more scams. I thought they would learn and be more careful after the Winsewap fiasco.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is OKEX a good exchange? on: November 14, 2020, 12:50:31 PM

The problem is there's no ETA about when okex will be opening its withdrawal service. A lot of people from the big communities in the TG group have said that there's a chance for the one of okex custody has been getting hacked or the same case as kucoin.

More and more exchange sites problem appeared. Dex is the only solution but dex will not let us withdraw our money through use the fiat form. That looks so bad
You are correct, there is still no any sign when they will enable the withdraw function too until now. On twitter, they only said if their customer's money are safe and no need to worry anything. People can't wait little longer since bitcoin price has skyrocket to above $15.6k atm, how long they need to wait again?

I really think this could take years to get resolved because Chinese authorities already is in control with the funds. Im just glad i stopped using this exchange yrs ago since it isnt very easy to trade because of those security features.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥💎💎[ANN] [ICO] iCoin International - Backed by real diamond mining💎💎🔥🔥 on: November 14, 2020, 04:58:02 AM

Due to the low volume on Unnamed.Exchange we have decided to list on a much larger, well known exchange. We are currently in talks with Bittrex. We will also be putting 700,000 ICOINs for all 7 pair listings on Unnamed.Exchange soon in the coming days.
That's damn cool thing to do, well known exchange like bittrex will surely give so much impact. but listing fee to be listed on there is not something to joke about, it's really very expensive. Then, those 700K ICOINs for what? to overcome the listing fee at the Bittrex exchange?
I just want to point out that i doubt they are really in talks with Bittrex or Bittrex would even talk to them since this is an obvious scam. Also Bittrex is registered in US which means this token needs to comply with the US regulation before it can be listed.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BITT] BitToken A full stack DeFi Ecosystem on: November 13, 2020, 12:22:27 PM
What does this shitcoin have to do with DeFi? Is the school project? I would be ashamed to publish such garbage. I don't understand people like that, what are you hoping for?
Its like one of those rushed and patch up tokens to get into the defi hype while its still hot. Also just checked the website and its like one of my works in highschool when they are teaching us the basics of creating a website.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DeFi really a threat to centralized finance? on: November 13, 2020, 11:19:58 AM
I dont see it as a threat to centralized finance because it caters to a different niche market. Big financial institutions can adopt to it but it would take time since it would need to comply with existing laws.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: help me analyze/predict YFI on: November 13, 2020, 07:58:21 AM
I think if the projects continues to provide new income to hodlers then it has a possibility to bounce back but for now i think those pump chasers moved to new defi projects. there are new defi projects daily that are being listed and similar p and d scene is on-going.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: November 12, 2020, 02:05:20 PM
This coin had all the hype and some of us made huge gains from it.  It has a price currently of $12.83 and with key resistance at 13$ LINK is again close to breaking out.
In a analyst I read it says LINK will be 14$ by this time next month.
I think you dont even need to analyst to tell you that especially when the 2 dominant crypto is rising. btc will just drag along the other alts to rise in value especially link when it has big partnerships.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will atomic swaps beat centralized exchanges? on: November 12, 2020, 11:41:24 AM
I dont think it will beat centralized exchanges since there is still the underlying issue about regulations "money laundering" but it will certaintly will get some of the market share from those big exchanges.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some bounty hunters are so ungrateful on: November 12, 2020, 05:10:44 AM
P.S. Why you have resigned from managing bounty campaigns? Because of ungrateful hunters ?
you can check the bounty section, there are new people managing bounties. Competition + tons of scam bounty everyday and most of the time today bounty payment isnt that great anymore.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO, IEO! Which one do you want to return again? on: November 11, 2020, 11:06:03 AM
I would prefer ICO because most of the time IEO are instantly filled up. ICO back then is powered by the community while IEO its the whales that are buying the token.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange is legit. on: November 08, 2020, 06:00:37 AM
Many startup projects fail to keep their prices because of the wrong choice of an exchange to start public trading. I've heard that hotbit's identity is still being questioned regarding their registered base and their office location. Hotbit address claimed is not recognized by local state authorities.
which makes them illegal because they aren't being regulated which explains their fake trading volume.
I even remember them spamming tg groups to trade in their exchange months ago made them very shady.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Alts Market already bottomed out? on: November 08, 2020, 02:40:59 AM
Cant still say that it is the bottom what happens if btc suddenly drops in value then those alt gains will pretty much be gone in an instant. Its better to play it safe buy in the dips and not risking all of my money.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: PoorRug - An poor of burn deflationary Meme Coin on: November 07, 2020, 11:50:36 PM
Haha I am not sure what to feel after I read the name of your token. Kinda scary for me lol, but at least it was already listed on Uniswap and having good actions. If this is a community token, will you gonna locked liquidity soon?
This is becoming ridiculous to the point that these schemes are like being runned by same people in 4chan. Its turning into the new ponzi scheme which entices new people to invest but really has no idea on cryptocurrencies.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[ETT]EncryptoTel: Secure VoIP and B2B blockchain communications infrastructure on: November 07, 2020, 11:05:29 AM
ETT is a scam, stay away from it. Do not invest your $$$ into this Russian ponzi.

Who would buy it? Its under waves platform I dont think that many people are even using the waves dex exchange.
Well we can just move on from it but im glad i sold very early since i have less trust on team when i have checked their profiles.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $20+Day! Villages in Philippines survive Covid playing Axie Infinity on: November 07, 2020, 01:56:40 AM
I'm actually considering trying it out. Initial investment for 3 Axies is around $80 as said before, but what bugs me is there's no data on them.
Every Axie has some cards and skills, but what's good?

Anyone seen any good tutorial on how to easily start?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2pe1bCdEz7U
this is the best video from others that i have watched. Easy and no beating around the bush explanation.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $20+Day! Villages in Philippines survive Covid playing Axie Infinity on: November 06, 2020, 10:24:27 AM
Did anybody from this thread already tried the game? I am currently too busy with other affairs in crypto to study and investigate the potential profitability of this game. There are already others who say that you can only earn a few here and some say you can earn a lot so I am not really sure yet how to strategize and how to earn big on this. If somebody already tried it then we might be able to get some real time feedback as to how this work and what we can do to also play it.

You need to spend $ in order to get your first Axies. The earning big in here is by selling Axies to other people.
Tried other games similar to this and you will really need to do lots of grinding.

So you can roughly compare this to people making alt accounts then leveling up these accounts only to sell it to interested buyers at higher prices? But instead of selling accounts you are selling the said Axies like a marketplace type of thing. Hmm, if that is the case then you need to spend a big amount of time playing the game so you can make the said Axies powerful and has good stats before you can sell it to others for a good price. This would be effective for those who have lots of time playing and has "other" means of getting money to feed for themselves and paying bills while waiting for the opportune moment to sell the Axies at a great price. For someone who has no other means of life support this would be a big gamble.
Yup, NFT is what they call them and some people are buying heavy hoping the game gets traction and people FOMOing. cough* cough* Cryptokitties
but i think there is also a loot here in AXIE but i dont know really how much you can earn from those love potion.
--
i didnt tried this one since you really need to buy axies in order to get started and im currently busy grinding in a RPG game
