I personally admire your approach to potential clients and investors. Openness to communication, full access to all important information about the company, and, most importantly, a quality product that does not have to wait for several months. Among the ISO you have become my favorite, without jokes. I have not seen such responsibility and professionalism for a long time.

I think investors are of the same opinion about the project!

Just got the first 2 confirmations.

So this can be closed.
12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Transfer not working / 0 confirmations on: June 16, 2011, 09:03:01 AM
Oh, I forgot: It was sent from deepbit.

I must admit, there was no transaction fee added.

I'm just astonished, because in the last days, transactions went much faster. I always had the first confirmations after minutes. So 7 hours with zero confirmations seems really long to me...
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Transfer not working / 0 confirmations on: June 16, 2011, 08:49:17 AM
Hello
I sent a small amount of 0,27 BTC to my wallet. I have seen it nearly instantly in my client.
Now after more than seven hours, I still have 0 confirmations.

The transfer is correctly listed on Deepbit and still visible in the client, but seems to be not processed.
Blockexplorer tells me there is "No such transaction"

So what went wrong with this? I mean 0,27 coins is not that much, but what if this happens when sending a huge amount? Are there any chances, this transfer will eventually be confirmed?
14  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question about decimal places in the client and transfers on: June 15, 2011, 12:06:24 PM
So the uneven amounts are transfered correctly and only not shown by the client? This seems really strange for me. Especially because of the limited number of bitcoins.
I think some coins have already been lost, because people thought their wallets were empty and deleted them, but they weren't in reallity...

It would be ok as a system limitation, but having a system with some parts allowing transfers of very small amounts and others not, even not showing them, seems really half-baked to me.

This sould really be changed as fast as possible.
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Question about decimal places in the client and transfers on: June 15, 2011, 10:31:16 AM
I know, at the moment, transfers with the client are limited to two decimal places.

On Deepbit, the default send money option shows only two places, too. But when I enter manually my exact balance, the transfer seems to work. After that my account is empty, but in the client I see the transfer only with two decimal places.

Does this mean, the transfer works correctly, but is not completely shown in the client? Or is this a system limitation and the to mamy decimal places do vanish atm?

To me as a scientist, this behavior seems very strange. I know there are already discussions about this, and that the amount of decimal places has been restricted to avoid spam transfers, but if there are transfers incoming with more than two decimal places, why not show them correctly?
