The case has been resolved long time ago, I already asked the team about it. The player repeatedly violated the rules and ended up being banned. I don't see why more information would be needed. Instead of playing peacemaker roles maybe you guys should look into the player's history. He's a known scammer. I enjoy betting on acedbets and I've never encountered any issue while trying to cash out from the platform. The book has been around for over a year, one scam accusation by a known scammer doesn't change my view on acedbets. Check how many other scam accusations books are dealing with, it's an everyday thing when you cater to addicts and degens.

Please get checked for Amnesia, you're a total clown. The sportsbook has never went offline on their users since it's inception.
