created a Dockerfile + build instructions for anyone interested to run steemd in a docker container https://github.com/blood2/steemd-dockeralso helpful if someone is able to run Ubuntu and Docker, but still having trouble with build if i make a mistake please let me know. tested it on my VM |

I dread asking, but is there a credible reason why a person who uses the installer package is forced to go online before they can create an offline wallet?
If bitcoin did that what would people say?
you don't have to go online. browse to your installed software, and use simplewallet command line to generate a new wallet |

Upgrade is great.
Nevertheless Myriadcoins are already for months stuck in my Mac wallet, because there is no decent upgrade of version 0.9.2.16.osx
Is there another way to upgrade?
I understand there is no new upgrade with the new 0.11.2 for Mac. I am sorry to say, with all the good news - and Myriadcoin has my all time support- , an upgrade without decent Mac version is not a complete upgrade. Who can help?

When all 1 Billion coins have been released will "folders" get anything?
The 1,000,000,000 FLDC have already been issued and the asset is locked, so no more coins can be issued in the future. 500,000 FLDC are distributed to folders per day. Thanks. So 500,000 FLDC (or a lesser amount after time) will be issued every day, until they are all issued …then no more will be issued? But people maintaining the network will get fees after that? somewhere at 2017 this amount will halve to 250,000 daily it will halve every 1000 days it means our children and grandchildren can continue forever |

Why there are a lot of POS_ERROR masternodes? Running my masternode for about 1 month and I've got already 50% of my investment. 85.236.188.213 is one guy 73.42.83.96 is other guy maybe something wrong with their setup there are not many masternodes so its currently almost like mining |

a little about myself:
i work as system administrator,
mostly interested in useful POW and if it can work with crypto (can see from my signature)
been mining STEEM with my VPSs because it looked unique coin (i did not use my work servers - it would be both illegal and unfair)
i have accounts steempty and fmooo mining at the moment

The latest master branch contains enhancements to POW that should boost mining efficiency by 33%.
The difficulty is down (queue length 92) because we reached our target stake and are now happy to let others mine the rest.
Make sure you convert to vesting and commit to hold for an average of 1 year.
Estimated supply 1 year from now is between 400M and 500M depending upon various factors.
i tried to transfer to vesting today. from and to account with already vested steem.. tried to transfer some more on same account. the amount i transferred is not showing in vests... so missing the coins |

like the reverseflash said... need to mine with 2 accounts. so POW never stop after first account enters the queue
