1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: July 13, 2017, 06:59:53 AM
Poloniex had issues with security in the past. Some sly user managed to withdraw his funds several times, that was lame on the exchange part. After that they evenly distributed the loss among all their clients as if the clients had been guilty in the theft. Doesn't look quite professional, does it? We don't know what other holes may also be there.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: July 13, 2017, 06:47:39 AM
my plan is to gather as more bitcoin as I can before it gets to $15 000. This year i guess bitcoin can go up to $1000 and in a few years it will worth a lot more.Im hoping to have a few coins when that happens
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: July 13, 2017, 06:38:48 AM
If we will invest to bitcoin it is a matter of chances and probability so in reality bitcoin always have a risk. Like changes risk is also inevitable meaning to say that it is always right there. But the success of investment always depends on how we are going to handle our investments. For me working hard and patience are the key to lessen up the risk in bitcoin related businesses. But when we try investing to bitcoin it is sure the it is worth to try even if there is a risk.
4  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: July 13, 2017, 06:28:28 AM
I think that we don't need to discard this idea at start. Of course that Bitcoin users have negative opinion when banks are mentioned because they probably think on traditional banking system that Bitcoin is total oposite to. I feel that too. But for Bitcoin bank we can use the best banking features and discard all the worst. I'm not saying that I'm 100% for Bitcoin bank but I'd like to say that this idea maybe could be more developed and adjusted to the Bitcoin
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Barry Silbert segwit2x agreement with >80% miner support. on: July 13, 2017, 06:18:29 AM
If there is a HF, prepare for two versions and no it won't be like ETH and ETC, it will be much messier...

Secret meetings and miners getting butthurt over UASF, sound like good reasons to go ahead with UASF to me.

Infact let's have a UASF version and a secret cartel HF version and see which one ends up at < $10 Smiley
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How strong is Bitcoin compared to others cyptocurrency? on: July 13, 2017, 06:08:44 AM
I agreed with this before anything else one should have a thorough knowledge towards bitcoin first, know a safe earning with it, the safest wallet that you can provide with bitcoin, the safest trading to make with your bitcoin and always read the news on whats happening or what is about to happen with bitcoin, because that is the key to keep you inform with the movement of bitcoin, then now you can surely put something in other Cryptocurrency for other kinds of earning.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Software Engineer Buys 20,000 BTC in 2010, Quits Job to Travel Around Globe on: July 13, 2017, 05:59:16 AM
We all dream with being that guy, but being at the right moment at the right time it's just too difficult. All we can do is work with what we have, and just knowing what bitcoin is in 2017 puts you ahead of 99% of the population. Owning some BTC already puts you ahead of pretty much everyone else outside this forum.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: July 13, 2017, 05:48:26 AM
Of course ordinary citizens can use bitcoins. But, the catch is that, they will not be able to use it properly unless they have atleast some knowledge about cryptography and security.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: July 13, 2017, 05:33:21 AM
In my opinion bitcoin is a digital currency, it easy to use in our transaction and no transaction fees needed,it stored in our bitcoin wallet. It  helps make people savings, Easy to earn money and help a lot for my needs and expenses especially billings. not because i want to become rich but its for my needs and it help some of my expenses in my daily needs.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: July 13, 2017, 05:24:35 AM
ATMs and credit cards both have fees (I believe you are joking). It may have zero confirmation time but It's possible to chargeback and get scammed. Lightning Network should give us the ability to make micro-payments and without waiting for confirmations too. Banks control your money, you don't. I see no reason on why fiat is better than bitcoin.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: July 13, 2017, 05:14:11 AM
Taking the control of money away from the gov so we can have donation based public services in the future.  This will attract people who actually want to work for the public for the right reasons and not just power/money.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which Bitcoin Client do you use and why ? on: July 13, 2017, 04:37:37 AM
BitcoinQT out of tradition and Mycelium because it handles well spending from paperwallets. Evangelizing Bitcoin by tipping people with paperwallets and not having a good way to redeem paperwallets other than Mycelium pretty much forces me to this.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BP 148 or Segwit? Which one are you hoping happens before August 1st? on: July 13, 2017, 04:30:37 AM
i  hope Segwit, because  Most people's opinions are important,we need to get  together
14  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: July 13, 2017, 04:24:01 AM
Not late, if anything it is still early into the life of bitcoin as it is slowly creeping into the masses and at that point it still won't be too late so if you can afford it now why not go ahead.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Elitists Ignoring the 3rd world on: July 13, 2017, 04:17:24 AM
