Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at Yuletide

That time has changed and even though historically bitcoin surges before the end of the year. 2018 is quite different from previous years because investors has become smarter and FOMO is already a thing of the past. Bitcoin price goes up every December,we shouldn't expect the opposite to happen.

Economy / Economics / Re: The economic function of Bitcoin
|

The function is bitcoin is almost as same as the fiat coins apart from that it's decentralised, that makes it an individual currency which is only used as an individual business product and it's purpose is to serve only the individual, nor any mass or country.

Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to Payoneer Convert.

The easiest way to trade would be P2P. You can try using LocalBitcoins but it is important to keep in mind that payoneer transactions can be reversed and it is always a risk to trade some irreversible payment method for reversible payment methods, in this case payoneer. Always trade with people you trust in this case and avoid obvious scams.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Encript ledger nano s
|
on: October 22, 2018, 05:38:01 PM
|
Regarding Encrypting the ledger nano s there isn't a need to. Unless someone has root level access to your PC which is required to sniff out the usb activity in order to hack into your information, it won't happen. What you could do is keep your PC secured and information regarding it private. The ledger is secure as is and what you could do to strengthen security is related to the information of your PC and how safe you keep it.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shill me some alts
|
on: October 20, 2018, 05:07:26 PM

Crypto has the potential to be the global coin, but it's not wise to think it'll be the central currency and its vendor will be skyhigh just now. Also, as bitcoin is a bit stable now, so it might not give the thrill line before, but some alts are showing promising features. If you're confident enough, then no problem going on with it.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vena Review on October 16th

The market is a volatile thing and sudden surge in values in one day proves that point. Before making any decisions regarding this surge it is best to keep in mind that, it would be a good idea to keep an eye on the market for the next few days and see what changes take place after this event. You can never be too careful.

Economy / Exchanges / Re: Credit Card supporting Bitcoin
|
on: October 10, 2018, 04:11:30 PM
|
Bitcoin is a decentralised coin and also anonymous and invisible, so naturally it wouldn't be supported by any credit or debit card. For bitcoin exchange, an wallet is needed from which the coins would be transferred to another wallet.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO vs STO

Security is a must for all kinds of exchange and business. So STD is the most effective in this sphere and it reduced the chance of any kind of scam and bluffing, though not completely, but at least at some points.
