I do not know if Egypt is excluded from the freebitco allowed countries, but one thing is sure that even if they restrict the Egyptians from accessing this site on any legal reasons, it won't have much impact on their business and ranking. The freebitco site is being used globally and people from all around the world access this site.

Also, if they have restricted the egypt ip addresses, it is advised not to use VPN to access the site. Because if they caught you using VPN, they will close your account and you will lose all your funds.

I appreciate you for including proof. Although few things couldn't be verified such as you initially access freebitco.in from Egypt. You could do that by typing "my ip country" on Google search which should show column "IP Address", "City" and "Country". And obviously you should censor all column besides "Country" since it could compromise your privacy.

They didn't ban a thing, if they would have it would be all over the news and besides OP wouldn't be able to access the site in the first place, not log in and not see his balance either.

I can get to the website with an Egyptian ip from my VPN provider, so there is no IP range ban!

I don't think this is the cause of the problem.
If a country restricts access to a certain website or if a website bans a certain country then residents of that country shouldn't be able to access the website at all. This is not the case here, since OP already stated that he can access the website and log in to his account. He just can't click the roll button or withdraw his winnings.
The problem is on the user's end or something is wrong with his account on freebitco.in (like being under investigation).

You must get your facts right, they are not dependent on one country for their traffic and revenues they ban Egypt because of the country's regulations and not because of anything you must have hated Freebitco.in to post something like this when you hate something you post anything without any evidence to back it up.

Stop this negative attack on Freebitco.in because the problem is with your country's regulations for online casinos. Egypt is an Islam country which strictly prohibits gambling. Did you triple check the address before sending? Another possibility is you have a malware in your system. There's one that messes with your clipboard where the address pasted would be different from what you intended to copy -- basically sending funds to a scammer.
