Is the bounty pool not tool small for such a project?  I think the incentives should be increased.

The distribution was worth approximately $18 (355.  XLM). It would have been a loss for the buyer.

As regards remunerations/payment incentives,  what is the structure like??

What benefits does the partner/ investor stand to gain by investing in your project?  Also,  I think your project would be better off just organising an ICO as it is much cheaper than an IEO in most cases.
