1  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Overclocking in Linux (1 BTC bounty) on: July 09, 2011, 02:27:24 AM
Code:
DISPLAY=:0 aticonfig --od-enable --adapter=all
DISPLAY=:0 aticonfig --od-setclocks=1000,300 --adapter=x

1000=Core clock
300=Mem clock
x=adapter number

Type that in Terminal, should work.

Don't use AMDOverclockCtrl at the same time, it messes up the clocks sometimes.

edit: Oh, you are using 11.4, well probably won't work then. Use 11.6 instead or wait for 11.7.

6  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How long does Bitcoin7 > Liberty Reserve actually take? on: June 29, 2011, 04:23:49 AM
Well MtGox->LibertyReserve took me for about 22 hours. Apparently there was some problems with LR but I don't know if it's fixed already. If it's fixed then it shouldn't take for than a few hours tops.
7  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Camp BX Hacker / Security Audit: Results on: June 29, 2011, 04:18:48 AM
Hi everyone,
      The results are in!  https://campbx.com/testnet/main.php

We were tested for >1,000 known vulnerabilities specific to our platform and services by McAfee Secure (formerly McAfee Hacker-Safe), who are ranked #1 in security industry for threat detection.  This is the same auditing service used by well-known brands like Costco, Petco, and Roush Racing for their e-commerce websites.

Here is an executive summary of our results:

OWASP top-10 web vulnerabilities:
    A1: Injection - Pass
    A2: Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) - Pass
    A3: Broken Authentication and Session Management - Pass
    A4: Insecure Direct Object References - Pass
    A5: Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) - Pass
    A6: Security Misconfiguration - Pass
    A7: Insecure Cryptographic Storage - Pass
    A8: Failure to Restrict URL Access - Pass
    A9: Insufficient Transport Layer Protection - Pass
    A10: Unvalidated Redirects and Forwards - Pass

Distributed Denial-of-Service attack: Pass with no noticeable slowdown in response time

All vulnerabilities are classified on a scale of 1-to-5, with 5 being Urgent and 1 being informational.  Camp BX final scorecard is:
Sev 5: zero
Sev 4: zero
Sev 3: zero
Sev 2: zero
Sev 1: 29
(Sev 1 includes information like "DNS Server detected", "NTP Server detected", "SSL Certificate mismatch on Testnet.CampBX.com"...)

This makes Camp BX is  the first Bitcoin platform certified for compliance with 7 information and data security standards!

We have also achieved all requirements for the McAfee Secure Trustmark, and on our livenet launch Camp BX platform will proudly wear this badge.  A HUGE thank you to Alex and Yuriy for burning the midnight oil to fix all issues identified, and ensuring that we are able to achieve this crucial certification prior to our launch.

Going forward Camp BX will be re-tested daily for all known vulnerabilities.  We realize that security is a process, and we have put together alerts and escalation procedures in place to ensure that anything higher than Sev 1 is fixed within 72 hours.

Thank you and good night,
      Keyur

I was looking forward to use your site but now I just figured out that it's US only. If I may ask, what's the reason for it?
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin7 a new exchange on: June 28, 2011, 07:27:22 AM
I was about to buy some cheap coins from here so I transferred money from my LR account. Almost 3 hours later all the cheap coins are sold and I still can't see my funds. Great.  Angry

...and as usual, no response from customer service even though I sent an email over an hour ago. How this reminds me of MtGox. Yeah, maybe I'm being unpatient but it still pisses me off that estimates are always incorrect in a negative way.

I've waited now for 20 hours..
write in support!
Yeah, I have done that. How long did it take for them to answer you?

11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / MtGox -> LibertyReserve withdrawal not working - No response from MtGox on: June 27, 2011, 09:21:49 PM
Do not make a withdrawal from MtGox using LibertyReserve. It doesn't work, there are several reports about this issue but no response from MtGox. I made my withdrawal request about 16-17 hours ago and sent a ticket to MtGox's customer support about 8 hours ago. I understand that they are having some problems with the site but it's not an excuse to ignore other problems, and I think this problem is a pretty big one. LR withdrawals shouldn't take more than few hours. Again we can see that MtGox hasn't tested their site properly and we are the test dummies. Sadly, this is nothing new.
12  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Mt. Gox -> Liberty Reserve - How long does that take? on: June 27, 2011, 08:50:50 PM
I'm sure they'll have some new excuse for not paying the suckers customers real soon now.
Yeah, probably was a mistake to use MTGox again.
13  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Mt. Gox -> Liberty Reserve - How long does that take? on: June 27, 2011, 08:07:26 PM
Has anyone got response from Mtgox?
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goxed - 15:30 open on: June 27, 2011, 04:54:35 PM
Did Gox just eat my money? Transferred from MTGox to LibertyReserve over 12 hours ago and still can't see them.
15  Economy / Marketplace / Re: mtgox.con and Liberty reserve on: June 27, 2011, 04:44:19 PM
Seems like this was the last time I'm going to use MTGox anymore. Nothing works properly and there's no customer service. Waiting 2-3 days for a reply is way too long.

And again, Mon 27 Jun 2011 12:25:50 AM GMT - I sent 139.69 dollars from mtgox.com to my liberty reserve account U*******, the money got removed by mtgox.com but never reached Liberty Reserve.

After withdraw - was a message - Funds are on their way via Liberty Reserve, will be
confirmed in a few hours at most
.

What's problem? How long to wait?
I've got the same problem.

I just pulled my coins out of Mt. Gox just when I got them in. I don't trust that site anymore, nothing seems to work properly.
