1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Want to invest on: March 12, 2022, 12:06:52 AM
Goodmorning, i’m not new in the world of crypto but I never did an investment for lack of money, but now I recived a good amount of money and i want to buy&diversify my portfolio.
So I just bought a Ledger Nano X and want to know which are the best project to invest.
I always look with interest at $GNT, for their great  idea of decentralizing computing and $BAT , and other suggest?thanks Smiley

Play it safe with big parts of portfolio being BTC/ETH - check out some good staking ops for your ETH and keep a smol bag for degenerate gambling. P2E, Metaverse, new money legos etc..
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good metaverse tokens. on: March 11, 2022, 11:47:40 PM
Metaverse is a term being tossed around a lot lately and it's easier than most people think to launch your own metaverse...  This is going to lead to a lot of people investing in promising projects that turn out to be rug pulls.  That leads me to advise people to be extremely careful investing into new spaces like this.  There are only 3 metaverse projects I hold funds in, and it's because they are the most established with the best partners or largest player base.  Those three projects (should be no surprise to anyone) are, The Sandbox (Sand), Axie Infinity (AXS) & Decentraland (MANA).  Decentraland I think is probably the leader at the moment as is reflected in the market cap of MANA, and Axie Infinity has the most users.  The Sandbox seems to have the most promise in my opinion though.  They're targeting well known brands and games for kids, who lets be honest, are probably going to be the ones spending the most time in the metaverse.  You can also stake mSAND for over 30% interest currently, so it's the most rewarding coin to hold without taking insane risks on third party sites.

That's some sound information right here. That term IS being tossed around like mad - obviously there are forces who are just shamelessly trying to capitalize on the moment of spotlight. Besides SAND AXS and MANA any smaller developments that are worthy of being kept eyes on? I've heard about The Monstrocities, and couple others but these are no interest to me.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I invest in? on: March 11, 2022, 11:40:30 PM
Straight up best options currently would be BTC and ETH. Once the situation in the world, and thus on the markets stabilize I suggest looking into good, and safe yield-bearing tokens. I do also believe P2E will be a big industry side were to infiltrate, and being there I'd just concentrate on games that actually look playable, and open up front teams - Axie Infinity (it's the first big ones I personally don't like the gameplay) ENGN - they have sick ass shooter coming out, feel free to check their gameplay trailer.

I made a nice bag with Axie idk, but true on the gameplay don't really like it as well. P2E seems lucrative, there's soo much hype and bs out there though, how to separate the best? Any ideas?

For me really important when investing into something new is the team behind it. I usually approach the "Team" aspect from 2 different venues. First of all its really important, that the team is established i.e they have created something tangible before. Second aspect is - is the team doxxed? Meaning, are they publicly showing their face and credentials etc. Now the "doxxed" part isn't that important if a team who wants to stay anon has actually created something working before.

I see people mentioning blue chip tokens as something to invest in (high market cap valuation tokens, eth, btc, ada, xrp etc.) but what about "moonshots" that haven't reached wider public radar yet? Metaverse, NFT, gamefy etc? Can we talk about those as well or too much risk with too little to gain from them?
