is 7% rejected shares considered to be normal? I have 7x1080ti rig with overclock that usually works fine on other miners. temps are low. oc should be fine. mem -500. Tho internet is really bad - farm is on 4g net probably heavily loaded. I have meesages like share sent to late or something like that. is there way to check why there are such rejected shares? I am mining on hiveos, latest version.
and stuill with those 7% rejected shares poolside shows better hashrate than bminer.

8GB card on win10 only has 6.8G VRAM available to use. This is not really correct. Win10 1903 here, drivers 430.86 - 1070 card with NO monitor attached shows around 104Mb used out of 8Gb. 1080ti with monitor shows 870Mb used out of 11Gb, but that's the main card with a lot of stuff running right now (not mining). BTW, could you please implement 10Gb solver for 1080Ti cards? You cannot determine how much VRAM is able to use (malloc by GPU program), win10 WDDM driver model reserves about 15% VRAM. When you see 8000M GPU spare, the amount of VRAM you can actually use in GPU program is ~6.8G. However, nvidia mining-specific cards use TCC driver model (same as Nvidia Tesla cards), which do not have those limit. Cards like P104 8G version can mining Grin31 on Win10. NBMiner already has a 10GB version solver for Grin31, IF you use win7 or linux. |

Current version has a bug, and is not compatible with NiceHash recent change of protocol on cuckoocycle, will be fixed in the next version soon. Any plans for c31 on 4gb cards?
No plan for support cuckoo series algo on 4GB cards. Please add a GPU temperature limit option.

Do no find a way to do a power limit on nvidia cards. Please use MSI Afterburner or alternative tools for GPU tuning. |

Using Simplemining OS, not updated yet as i can tell, 23.2 hotfix isn't visible, so can't use it at this moment.
They usually update new version of nbminer several hours after our github release.  Are you gonna mining on nicehash with simpleminingOS? Rather than NicehashLegacyMiner? |

1070ti Dont work on W10 GRIN C31. Out of Memory...
Check the requirement table in the first page. Grin31 win10 requires 10GB of GPU memory. Should work on Win7 & Linux. |

I just want to log miner restarts and such. i don't need to see stats, i know what the stats are already. I basically only want to see console red text in the log. i want to know when errors occur, not normal operation.

The reason that log files need to be complete, is that the "normal" log lines, like hashrates for each gpu, device health info and new job timestamps, can also be very useful when it comes to bug locating. Do you encounter a very big log file, so you want to shrink it? |

Has anyone tested which miner better on gtx 1080ti (Win 10) on C31? NBMiner or Bminer?
I would say I get slightly better hashrate with NBminer on c31 with my 1080ti/win10, and it seems to be confirmed on pool side but it is a single gpu pc with an i7, I don't know on rigs... nbminer is also stable and reliable Thanks for your support. |

Just want to say thank you for adding SWAP support. Miner runs better than the alternatives thats for sure.
Still have a bit of a delta between console and poolside hashrate. Not as large as other miners though
Console output 49.x poolside hashrate around 45-47 - Testing since release
This is ALOT better than my Gminer tests which gave me around 40-42 poolside with similar console output
Thanks for your support. The average block time for SWAP is 15s. Suppose the hashrate of one card is 5g/s, the time to run one graph of cuckaroo algo is 0.2s. So there is an expected 0.1s, which is half of run time of one graph, wasted every 15s. With additional pool delay, say 0.2s, then there is a total of 0.3s that will not generate an accept share in 15s block period. 0.3 / 15 = 2% Adding dev fee 2%, total of 4% local hashrate will be dismissed on pool side. 49.x local hashrate, 47 pool hashrate seems fine to me. |

that was fast, 2 releases in hours! will give a try 1080ti grin31 and 1070 win10 8 gb grin29 this evening 1080ti, grin31 => no visible impact (@70% power)
1070 8 gb win 10 => out of memory on grin 31, no visible impact on grin29Oops, forgot to mention. v22.3's improve for Grin31 requires available GPU memory over 10GB, so it may not be any improvement for 1080ti on win10, because of the extra memory occupation by system. |

Yes, I also found that v21.3 is faster, but on RTX 2080Ti - 2.12g/s for 21.3 vs 1.95g/s for 21.4 on cuckatoo at 85% TDP. Try new version on windows. |
