I have no affiliation with this casino what so ever. I do not work for them, I do not work with them and hell I don't know who @CryptoWild777 is.

You can stop with that silly tune on repeat. Its getting old.

The only reason why I post is that I am honestly getting sick and tired of players always wanting to point the finger to the casino when they have messed up and violated terms. The casino refusing to open accounts must have a damn good reason and act well within their rights in sticking to that decision.

Having a personal vendetta against a casino because they don't ask how high when you tell them to jump is childish and you guys should really grow up.

And yes, I do commend @CryptoWild777 for having to deal with complete dirtbags like you 2. Slandering the casino's name like that trying to get a reaction to hold that against them as well. Pathetic.

I have probably read the last 3 pages of this thread 10 times and I must say, some of these responses makes real players look stupid especially when players that BREAK Casino T&C's wanna cry wolf and say the casino is a scam. Guess it's better to point the finger at others than at yourself, right?

If you have trouble sleeping at night @JonSnow, don't make it other peoples issue.

Rules are set for a reason in casino's and anyone that creates an account accepts it those terms.

You violated the T&C's. It is what it is.

You have some serious issues.

I am well aware of the rules and terms and conditions when it comes to online casinos however you are trying to claim the casino is a scam WHEN YOU ADMITTED TO OPENING ANOTHER ACCOUNT?Huh!!!! Funny when the player screws up, all of a sudden the casino is a scam.

Every single casino that I play at has the same policy when it comes to duplicate accounts. One account per player, That's always been the rule. I would suggest that you stop complaining as you will be shot down every time. If the Compliance and Licensing Department of Antillephone N.V. agreed that you basically have no foot to stand on then this whole complaint and posting it in the thread is pointless.

The Compliance and Licensing Department of Antillephone N.V. agreed on March 26, 2019 in their email to you that we were cc'd on that opening another account after you requested to close your other account defies any logic.
@Dee- you had more than one active account and due to your boyfriend (who happens to be one of your duplicate accounts) vouching for you on casinomeister, our platform provider opted to pay your withdrawal.
It's interesting that both of you use the same tactics of abusing our livechat reps, complain on the same forums and share similar IP addresses.
Your accounts will not be reopened and please refrain from opening new accounts.

Dude, I saw your complaint on LCB and I am pretty sure that CryptoWild wasnt referring to your LCB account. What a freaking joke!!! They literally say that they found you to have a personal agenda.

You messed up. That's it. LOL you shouldnt be gambling if you are gonna violate a casino's terms and conditions. Straight up. You obviously are carrying some kinda weird attachment to this casino. I say, chill out and move on.

Whahaha... I have to laugh. Cryptowild is great! Great job guys. Got to laugh at people trying to beat the system with being false! Just another reason why my self and my buddies choose you guys. Someone getting caught out and making so much noise because he didn't get his way is a red flag and the real scammer.

I will always choose Crypto. They have always treated us fairly.

I have no idea what you are on about brother. We are all supposed to be anonymous and I would gladly give my name and username on the casino but I don't see the need in giving you the satisfaction in providing that information. I will talk highly of this casino as I have never had any issues with them or them with me. If you follow the rules and keep to being honest things like this won't happen.

more than 24 hour since i request cashout but my cashout still not process, support say will notified me by email but nothing email arrive till now. i have ore than 4 time do chat but nothing solution they say i should send id and i do that, i send id but still have other reason from them to not process my cashout. this my chat with support yesterday

It's strange how when you are advised that you have a duplicate account, that you feel the need to post a complaint. You have jumped to the conclusion that you won't be paid your winnings and yet nowhere in this script does it say that you will not get your cashout processed. Every casino has the right to verify identification before processing and I  can promise you that they are just doing their job. Keeping not only your account and transactions safe but the casino and other players as well.

I think posting a complaint when you have no grounds to stand on is just useless information. Wait and see what they are doing. Because I can bet you now that if they have verified everything and processed your cashout, you wont come back online telling us that they did

If you are a die heart gambler and you obey by the rules then there shouldn't be a problem. I have played at this casino plenty of times and they are always friendly and helpful and explain if I do not understand things. Most casinos have a deposit wagering policy due to preventing fraudulent activity but it's hardly a reason to call this casino a scam when you haven't followed the T&C's. Terry seems like she was trying to assist by advising about the 3 times wagering policy and explain the duplicate accounts. There was no argument and I cannot see any rude or unprofessional behavior at all. Be glad that you were told about these things and your account wasn't just closed. I think your reasoning is unjust and unfair.

There is nothing wrong with this casino.
