still no fix for 5.3b running 8GB cards on ETH?

all my 4GB rigs are running fine, but 8GB wont mine

-61 error everywhere, tried -lidag -eres but no help

20+ rigs and cant mine ETH, updated to 5.3b from 3.5d a no help, still getting -61 error with VRAM on 8 GB RX580 (XFX, Nitro+)

So is 1050ti officially dead for ETH? Every other 4 GB card works, but this one is now just throwing

GPU10: DAG  97%
GPU10 initMiner error: Unable to initialize CUDA miner
GPU9 initMiner error: Unable to initialize CUDA miner

etc.

Its on Ubuntu, phoenix 5.1c, -eres 0 -rvram -1 and I am literally desperate here.

Hey guys, any thoughts on this

- I am running multiple machines and I have them at two locations, but both seem to be getting a lot of STALE SHARES - even 20-30%

- 1) any general advice to reducing stale share percentage? apart from "get quality connection from a good ISP"

- 2) could it be that phoenix miner is inaccurate when counting stale shares?  if so, any way around it?
