I was told I would get a 10% sports bonus on all sports losses. Lost over 0.5 in months and nothing credited. In past week lost over 200 mbtc and not a single sports bonus. #ScamBet #misleading

Cloudbet only gives me casino bonuses even though I am not a casino player, and the support is always ignoring me and never helps me with my issues, even though I have had so many issues with the site from bets settling too slow to bets being misgraded. Right now I don't recommend anyone uses this site

It was so good for years with great sports bonuses, but now I only get 25 mbtc casino bonus which I can only use on slots rather than giving me 25 mbtc bonus for sports. I never understood that if you miss your customers give them what they want. If someone deposits and bets over 2 btc on sports and 0 btc on casino, wouldn't it make sense to giev them a sports bonus?

That's what they always say. "I'll contact the promotions team and they'll get back to you as soon as possible". Never hear back from anyone and never get a sports bonus added. Honesty I hate Cloudbet and I'm never using this site again. I'll deposit my money to nitrogensports instead.
